Ac bad we didn’t sleep all night

Staff was cheerful and courteous. Breakfast was delicious. I loved the room we reserved with the large patio overlooking the pool. Two recommendations….get rid of shag carpet under table and we did not have sufficient space for clothing….we could have used a dresser.

Generally not bad, a bit tired, but they charged us €75 to pull out a bed that was already in the room. Daylight robbery

We enjoyed our stay. Recommendations more desserts with nonalcoholic options and a few more dinner menu options for vegetarians and dinner options without beef and pork. Maybe a lamb option. Great staff and friendly. Made our stay very lovely.

We booked the property on first week of June, we didn’t know that they don’t turn their AC on around this time. According to the staff at the front desk, it’s cold and just open the windows. I found it a little weird, I think they should leave that option to the guests but unfortunately, their AC is controlled centrally and you can’t do anything in the rooms. Towards the end of the night it became stuffy so glad I booked only one night.

Excellent service and hotel

We like the hotel and it is very close to the place we were visiting. It is basic, clean and efficient. It is highly recommended if you are staying on a budget but looking for a quality stay.

The staff were lovely. The rooms and the AC was great. The pool needed a little clean but the kids loved it all the same. I definitely would stay here again when I come back

I liked the easy accessibility to St Padre Pio by simply crossing the street. The room was also very nice with a lovely pool to cool off. Excellent breakfast buffet. The parking however in the garage was insufficient & the elevators were a bit slow. Overall a great experience!

The hotel was ok, not sure it is up to the 4 stars rating. The staff was nice but the room needed a proper renovation. The bathroom was old, same as the room itself and the bed very uncomfortable. Positive point is that it is located very close to the Padre Pio sanctuary

The property was either still under construction or have a major facelift. Looked like a building site when we arrived. Quite a shock! Booked a suite but not worth it, everything looked very cheap and unfinished. Fixtures and fittings very badly finished off. We were supposed to have a terrace but no terrace furniture as in photo. Staff delightful but property not at all as description! A disappointment

Great restaurant and location close to shrine. Massages good too.
