Staff very unhelpful

Good place to stay close to the Tambo airport. The breakfast was good in the morning. Wifi is not available in the rooms

Vetho 2 apartment is a very low quality hotel situated in a very unsafe location near the airport. We felt like we where in a prison as the doors and windows were fitted with metal grills and the rooms were stinking of damp. We could not sleep all night as there was irritating noise from the water motor outside our rooms. Room service did not exist until we were checking out and they warned us we would be charged hourly if we overstayed even half an hour. Driver warned us to close the windows and hide our purses and back packs under the seats whenever we left the hotel. There pickup and drop off charges are very expensive. Don't use their driver if you unfortunately book this hotel.

The apartment was great for our family. We have two boys - so it was great for us. The kitchen was a good size and even had a few pans and dishes which some places don't furnish.

The hotel was nice, and staff were great. I was slightly mislead to believe there was a pool and wireless internet. No pool, and one must pay for Internet and it is very costly and ends quickly...find the local public pool and get a temporary sim for your mobile- The service team was very nice and the room was kept spotless. They treated us like family

My stay at Vetho was great. The hotel staff was polite and helpful. Room/Apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was very close to the airport which worked out great for me as I was in Johannesburg overnight for a layover. So much nicer than just paying for a room for a night. Great experience will be back and recommend to others if passing through Johannesburg.

The furniture was realt old, the kitchenware was not enogth( there were 4 of us and only set for 3) , 2 towels in the bathroom, some of the fitings in the batroom were neglegted, also lacked the minimun staff on the kitchen. The freezer part of the frdge wasnot defrozen in secveral years therefore was of very small. The picturs in the ad. do not reflect the room we were given, the furniture was old and not clean over all it was more 2 stars (going into 1) not 3 as stated on the ad. Of course this is base on the room that we did get on that day. the resto I am not able to say.

2 week stay for mission work. Rented 2 apts. Cleaned daily. Was limited in web access. Could be noisy at night. Felt safe. Kitchen minimally furnished but helped us safe on meals out. Got better deal through Hotels.com than directly at hotel site.

The reception we got was warm and welcoming.Apartment was very neat and tidy. We enjoyed our stay and will book at Vetho again.

Good location with easy drive from airport. Older style but quite adequate and clean and helpful.

Was attracted to this place after reading the reviews but on entering my room thought my god this must be the wrong place

Very good experience, comfortable and pleasant. Low prices. Ideal for families, apartments have kitchen, fridge and everything to stay a vacation.
