Very kind staff and clean hotel

An excellent stay. Staff were attentive and very accommodating. If returning to Nicosia,we would definitely consider this as our first option!

The hotel is in a good location, service was excellent- staff were all very friendly and helpful, breakfast was also very good. Room was a bit small and the decor of the hotel is quite dated. I think this hotel has lots of potential to be better. Overall would stay again as this was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Although out of control for Semeli, the roads and pavements being fixed outside the hotel, which meant extra dust and noise. The staff did the best to mitigate this.

There are noisy roadworks and other nearby noisy construction work nearby Parking inconvenient due to roadworks Bathroom facilities needed repair loose toilet seat and grab rail on bath Tea, coffee and milk supplies in room never replenished

One of the highest levels of cleanliness I experienced at a hotel - deserves 10 stars. Service also should get a 10 star rating. Nice and convenient for everything in Nicosia and close to the highway to get quick access to the other cities. Alexia on reception is particularly polite and super helpful. The place is a gem.

Poor condition. Old and smelly hotel. Shower was horrible. So cramped we couldn’t move around the room. Bed was dingey so I slept on top of the sheets as didn’t want to risk it. Was like a hotel stuck in the1970s. Probably worst hotel I’ve stayed in ever. Certainly not a 170 euros per night hotel. Checked out early at 7am next morning at earliest opportunity and went to a much nicer hotel. Would definitely not recommend

The staff here are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Many lovey touches. The suites are in a separate building but only a couple of mins walk and the staff will transfer all your luggage if you require. The suites are very spacious and everything you could require has been though of. A big thank you for the suprise birthday cake!

Lovey accommodations and friendly staff.

If I could give a higher score , I would. The minute I walked in service came to me. Never had to ask for anything as the staff were pro active, courteous and always willing to assist. The room was clean and had all the necessities. There was parking in the hotel.Breakfast was also great. I highly recommend this hotel and I would book there again if in Nicosia.

It was good except for one of the maintenence people who would pester my son, even though he was asked to stop several times

Lovely welcome as usual. Complimentary bottle of wine in the room. Food very reasonably priced for a hotel and decent. Breakfast so nice. Lovely walk around Nicosia.

Friendly staff, nice room and very comfortable bed. Quiet and modern bedroom.

A very old-style hotel. Breakfast was ok, no more. But the staff were super friendly and helpful. I arrived over 4 hours before checkin, and they did everything they could to give me the room as soon as possible. I also received a room upgrade and several bottles of wine "on the house". Nothing can beat good service!

The only thing I did not like is the towels. They need to replace the towels.
