Great location in Lisbon, near the beautiful Rossio Square. Breakfast was well presented, featuring fruit, cheeses, pastry etc. Very quiet hotel , rooms very clean with air conditioning. Many restaurants, shops and shopping mall with walking .

The property was nice. Great service, room was clean and nice size. Breakfast was also very good.

This hotel is in an excellent location. It is walking distance to all the places you want to see. The metro and train stations are all within 10 minutes walk. The breakfast was a perfect variety of items.

My stay here was better than expected. I had a red-eye flight and arrived at the property at around 7:30 am. I requested an early check-in. While, they didn't have the room ready, they offered me complementary brunch for free. They then were able to get me checked in by 11:30 for a nap even though standard check-in wasn't until 3:00 pm. Hotel was generally quiet and was not a big hotel - 5-6 floors, and a few rooms per floor. The area was perfect - right in the middle of Baixo and Chiado, allowing access to sights and bars in both directions. Also right next to a famous church that was turned into a museum as well as a historic gothic elevator / lift providing great views of the city. Clean room and I was on the 5th floor, also with a great view of the city. Would definitely come back again.

Great location in the heart of historic Lisbon. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help us make train reservations. The breakfast was fantastic. Would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast

Stayed in 4 different places during my visit to Portugal, and this was my favorite. Great shower, amenities, bed, and the room got cold enough for my standards (I like it very cold) which was a problem everywhere else I went. Good tv options for room down time. Excellent location.

Comfortable hotel in a great location within easy walking distance to tourist sights, shops and restaurants. They also have live traditional music on Thursday evenings.

Best hotel and location I've stayed in. Nearby transportation, extremely beautiful area, tons of shopping, restaurants, and historical sites close by. Staff very helpful and friendly. Only issues was problems with the AC. But I had a floor unit and could open balcony doors at night, sonit wasnt bad.

Excellent boutique hotel in perfect location in downtown Lisbon. Easy to walk around to all the key places in the city. Very comfortable room, nice supportive staff and good buffet breakfast. Perfect place for few days while visiting Lisbon.

Great hotel, great room, great breakfast. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. The hotel Is in a great location with access to regular and sightseeing buses, and subway close by. It is also very close to all the major sites of the city and in a very nice neighborhood. Highly recommend this hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

We did a 3 cities( 3 hotels) trip in Portugal. Lisboa Carmo is the highlight of our guest experience. Extremely good value for the price we paid. Beautiful room, great bed, completely silent in the middle of Lisbon. Hotel restaurant was comfortable and served a great variety of dishes. It was also easy for us to get to many nice places (Ofício per example). Above everything, staff members were all highly professional and servicable. Their hospitality is probably the cornerstone of the establishment.

Nice room but the air conditioning was not working and although there was a fan in the room the room was still warm. We also had to leave early for a flight and we were told we would be provided with a breakfast box and this did not happen. Hot breakfast was average but buffet good.

Location is excellent-close to central locations and great eating options. I however liked the Hotel's restaurant and ate there mostly as the food and prices were absolutely great. Impeccably clean. I would stay again. Thanks for a great first-time experience in Portugal
