Room and bath in poor condition. Not so clean. The type of room i reserved was not available although it was previously booked and confirmed.

I just wanted to know how much is my daily night at this hotel I have been charging 240 at night wanting for your response

Very nice clean hotel

The place had a terrible buffet. The rooms were small and cramped and smelled of smoke. Overall it wasn't a good stay.

The internet are not good and the water is too strong and cold but I like the breakfast and the room was clean

I like the location of the hotel. Its in the middle of everything Beirut has. With that said the property is quite old and pricey as most of Beirut id. The worse part of my stay, the shower ran either way too hot then ehen you adjust it, it runs very very cold. Difficult to shower.

The hotel is good in general, the staff is nice and helpful. but the rooms should be cleaner.

Everything was okay. I have nothing to say poor. Our trip programme performed with a lot of happiness.

Value for money. Keep expectations to the amount of money they charge.,,around $70 and not more.

Responsive Staff Good Cleaners Basic breakfast Needs new carpeting!

No coffee maker or water in the room when I first arrived. Replaced promptly when requested. cable TV with over 100 channels, only two were English language. Reception did not or could not assist with phone calls or computer access Very poor wifi in rooms. Wifi available in lobby or in 6th floor restaurant. Difficult to adjust/maintain shower temperature. Hotel badly needs updating/renovation.

A very clean hotel with a nice service location in Hamra, close to everything.

The staff were very helpful and polite at all times, the breakfast food was fresh and everything easy clean and well presented. Definitely staying there next time I go.

The booked room supposed to have tow bathes but it has only one bath which disappointed me .

Nice place good staff and service. Recommended for families.

Location---was very close to the main drag in Beirut, the Hamra.
