Everything was good but the hotel does not have a proper pedestrian entrance, which is hard for people with dissabilities and unsafe for everyone.

Excellent hotel for an overnight stay prior to flying out of Concepcion. Clean. Modern. Excellent bathroom. Free Coca-Cola and mineral water in minibar was a real plus.

The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Excellent stay in Concepcion.

The property is nice and clean. I would stay here again. However, we chose this property based on the hot tub and pool classification. There is NO HOT TUB as stated and the pool is tiny so if these things are important to you stay somewhere else. In addition, the parking isn't convenient and is full quite often.

This is a very good business hotel in Concepcion. Extremely close to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful, I lost my iPhone cord, and they directed me to a place that sold replacements within walking distance. The rooms were large, modern and clean. The restaurant/bar surprisingly good.

Had a nice stay. Breakfast was very adequately prepared. Location was fine.

It is close to the airport, shopping centers and downtown Concepcion.
