The room was spacious. There was a mini fridge, no freezer. There were receptacles for charging your cell phone. They had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the tub area. No makeup remover or shower cap, but I didn't ask for them. May have an iron at the front but not sure. Staff was friendly. No break

Arm wasn’t working you to level your curtain so the heat can come in, my room was cold throughout the night I had to keep window curtain open so I can feel some heat

The sheets and pillow stunk like bad b.o. They most definitely were not changed.

Had a birthday party for my daughter in the business suite, the staff was so lovely and accommodating to my family that we had coming to visit.

Everything was great except for the Aaltos breakfast buffet, the scrambled eggs tasted awful and not much choice with food.

We stayed 2 nights recently. Hotel was clean, pool was clean. Lots of parking. The only thing you need to watch for is the goose in the back lot that will chase you or your vehicle!! LOL!

Breakfast was great to much food! Room was clean Didnt use the pool facilities. Its unfortunate Altos was closed at supper time but Dinner at the Taven was good

The hotel was good, they had a variety for the breakfast menu.

The pool was great! If you like waterslides, this one was really fun. I found the beds a bit hard for my liking, but otherwise the room was everything needed. Overall was a good stay!
