I’d say it was great plus the park for the kids to play was few steps away behind that walll lol

The place is old and updated . Hallway going to the guest rooms have a fan that’s on / I guess because there’s a musty smell . Breakfast was expensive for the price they charged their guests- option was limited . No proper communication between their staff - as to late check out as in our case . Rooms - as they claimed as cleaned after 48 hours of checking in - they only empty the garbage , gave us new towels - but beds are not made and floors are not vacuumed . Will never use any of their hotels again and will never recommend it to family and friends .

Awful housekeeping my stay was 3 nights and room was never cleaned I was given garbage bags and always had to ask for fresh towels.

Nice clean newly renovated rooms! Pool and hot tub were clean. Overall it was a great stay and would stay again!

Staff were extremely helpful and thoughtful. Room was missing a outlet by the bed to plug a sleeping app. Had to unplug the lamp. Pillows were lump and no soap dish in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I asked for towels and the staff was fast to bring them up. The swimming area was fantastic and clean. My son and friends enjoy joining me . I would definitely return.

The room had a door to an adjoining room. There was no trim which allowed a 1/4" gap where i could see into the other room. The folks in that room were fighting loudly and it sounded like they were inside my room. I didn't feel safe to leave the room or call the front desk because the walls were so thin.

We enjoyed the comfortable beds and pillows , we were disappointed about slide not open and couldn’t catch the Buffett do to limited hours .

The room we had was recently re-conditioned......very nice. The hallways to the room were quite narrow....it's an older building. The restaurant Altos was excellent...especially the buffet! The nightclub was busy on a Saturday night...numerous people outside smoking.

Staff were kind, and friendly. They answered each question I asked. Pet friendly for a fee. Excellent restaurants attached to the Inn. Would be back again.

There wasn’t enough seating at the pool and the hallways smelt bad. The staff was friendly .

The staff was absolutely amazing! Especially the front desk staff! The outside of the property and the pool is dated. The slide is still a-lot of fun! My kids loved it. The room was spacious and clean. I love that the floor is not carpet.

Upon arrival I was greeted by smiling staff and the same when I checked out. The room was immaculate and the bed made for a great night’s sleep. There is plenty of parking available.
