The reception staff were all lovely and cheerful. We were able to check in earlier than scheduled. The room was spacious enough, with a double bed made from two single beds, so it was roomy. However, it would have been more comfortable with an extra mattress pad. The furnishings weren't overly modern but were adequate, and the bathroom was fully functional and even had a bathtub. In particular, the breakfast, in our opinion, was delicious, with a variety of dishes and arguably the best we've had at many other hotels we've stayed at in Ho Chi Minh City.

The hotel is located right on the main CMT8 road, easy to find, with a large and bright lobby. The staff are polite. The rooms are nice and decent for the price, I was particularly impressed with the bathroom, which was even nicer and more spacious than the bedroom :)) There's daily room service but I only stayed one day so I didn't use it. The only downside is that there are very few restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast included in the room rate was okay but not particularly special. Most guests were from the Middle East, with a few Koreans here and there; I didn't see any Vietnamese guests at all. A minor drawback is that although the room has a window, the view is mostly of the roof, walls, and completely obscured from the street, making it feel a bit stuffy. When I first arrived, I walked around the bathroom floor and saw a lot of women's hair that hadn't been cleaned. The pillows were quite high and a bit hard, so I didn't use them. The check-out process was a bit slow, but I understand because there were a lot of guests.

I stayed at CICILIA Saigon Center back in January 2026 and just got around to writing this review now 😊 Overall, I had a really nice stay here. The service was great, the hotel facilities were good, and everything felt comfortable. Big shoutout to Ms. Thu and Mr. Vinh—they were incredibly helpful during my stay! They helped me communicate with a taxi driver who didn’t speak English, arranged Grab rides for me, and even helped with my airport transport. Honestly, they made things so much easier for me, and I really appreciate their kindness and support. Breakfast was also pretty good, with lots of variety and balanced options. The taste was nice, and I enjoyed trying different dishes each morning. I stayed in the Family Room (37 sqm), with 2 large double beds. The room was spacious, clean, and felt bright, which I really liked. The only small downside was that my room didn’t have a view because the window was covered with a tarp. But it wasn’t a big deal for me. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City, whether for travel or business. And if I come back again, I’d be happy to stay here again!

The app showed a luxurious, high-end room with a balcony. I chose the higher room category and agreed to pay extra for the balcony, but upon check-in, the room only had a very small and stuffy ventilation window. The room was completely different from the photos; it felt like I'd been scammed! Everyone should check carefully before booking to avoid a bad experience like mine.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff, relatively good and clean room

I think this is a 2* hotel. The perfect reviews are probably seending. The room was very normal, we were on the 2nd floor and woke up at 6am to the smell of the food they were cooking. Boring.

In terms of comfort and accessibility, the hotel's location is excellent. Cleanliness is also good, and check-in times are flexible. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the bathroom, as the water drainage was blocked.

The room was very dirty, when I checked in the bed sheet still had hair that was not spread carefully, the bathroom had hair on the floor, the sink drained very slowly, I told the staff the next day but it was not fixed, the shower was stained yellow and looked terrible. For a 4 star hotel, that is terrible for customers, not to mention when I checked in on the 1st floor at 11pm, the lights were turned off and it was quite dark, it did not feel welcoming and respectful towards customers at all.

Vinh is enthusiastic in supporting, the hotel is comfortable although the room is a bit small.
