We booked a superior room with a city view but received a double room without prior notice. The room had two air conditioners, one of which was broken and very hot. The room wasn't cleaned and there was underwear from the previous guest in the bathroom.

The soundproofing wasn't good. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, but the staff fixed it later and offered us water from the refrigerator.
