The elevator went out as soon as we checked in and was out the entire stay.. wouldn’t have been bad except we had a room on the third floor..

The ladies staff were very amicable and professional! During my stay, there was no toilet paper, the ice machine was down and l had a hard time sleeping due to excessive noise from AC units by my window. I did not sleep well there due to loud noise outside my bedroom window due to fans straining excessively and making a very loud noise that kept me up or woke me up abruptly due to loud sounds of AC fans!

For starters i booked a King room and paid for a King room. I got a small Queen room and they wouldn't do anything about it. They said i needed to speak with Expedia about it as it was out of there hands. I even offered to pay for an upgraded room and was told they couldn't do it. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable which i could have lived with if it wasn't for the next part. The elevator went out literally right when we got there granted this was at 230 in the afternoon. They said they could get anyone to fix it till the morning. So every time i left my room i had to take the stairs from the 4th floor. I seen folks struggling due to there age or how much stuff they had. I helped one larger family with their belongings as they had children and a baby. It was an older Mexican family and his pride was big and didn't want any help but did accept my help due to how much he was carrying up those stairs. I went and floated the river for the day and when i came back to wash all that off the shower wouldn't drain so i was standing in a tub full of water during my shower. I think for what i paid this place was joke and ill never go back. Oh yeah as far as they elevator goes then next day it was down even after i checked out at 11 lol. When complained to the receptionist about the whole elevator incident i was offered a free bag of chips. Check out morning my wife went to get coffee that following morning and after her stair-master hike with no luck due to no condiments.

Everything was very good the only thing was that the elevator did not work so we had to walk up and down the stairs (4th floor)

Was missing the TV control and had to go back and ask again. Didnt have enough towels and when I went to asked for more they said they didnt have any. Other than that thr staffed was great.

The property looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. Especially the gym. The room was smelly and the towels were dirty when we arrived

It’s wasn’t the best but far from the worst. For a 3 night stay we had to deal with the smell of weed in the hall, elevator and our room. No maid service for our whole stay, we had to go to the front desk for clean towels and toilet paper.

Nice hotel

A/c was making to much noice inside unit and the outside as well told receptionist 2 times and never did anything had trouble sleeping, definitely not staying here again.

Great room for a great price

Property was fine and staff was great. Room was good size & clean. It’s just very much in an industrial area and by a railroad.

Motel in general was excellent, but we were kept awake with other customers above us stomping until 2 am and then started again at 4 am. We had difficulties driving to our home the nex't day.

Staff was friendly, helpful and respectful. Room was clean.

AC TURN OFF NIGHT VERY NOISY NO SLEEP, IT RIGHT OFF HIGHWAY BATHROOM NEED UPDATES TOILET DIDNT FLUSH CORRECTLY.

Bad staff, check in. The reception person gave us a room, when we went to that room and we tried to open the key didn’t work, came down and she gave me a new card- key, came back to the 4 th floor and open the door and it was occupied. I came down again with my family (wife and kids) and i asked them what is going on? She told me was a “system error “ and apologized. Then she told me that she was going to give me another room but only with 2 beds and we were 5 in total, that is why I paid for a room with a sofa. She told me “we don’t have any” and I said, then give my money back, and she replied “we don’t give money back “. So I got upset and asked her what is it that I am supposed to do??? Then she told me that there is a room with same specifications. So disappointed, all the lies over and over. The room had a terrible smell of humidity. I will Never come back to this hotel.

Internet was out. Weird smell. Doors are thin so that the sound of the elevator door is too loud in the room. Over-all older and dingier than expected. Too expensive for the quality of rooms and amenities at hotel.
