We arrived after the reception was closed, which was ok since it's meant to be 24/7 and got a confirmation of this via email previously. Upon arrival, the automated machine wouldn't deliver the room card so I went inside and called the number for emergencies. After a few attempts and 30min wait, the hotel "receptionist" for emergencies was shouting from the window at me and asking 3 times if I used the machine, of which I had to repeat that it wasn't working. He was extremely rude and still charged me for city tax a 3rd time even though I already paid at the machine twice (which went through). Overall a stressful stay, appalling customer service and a place you should avoid.
