Room smelt of sewage. Air Conditioning Control Hanging off the wall, Toilet seat was broken, large area of Carpet wet by the Bathroom and bedroom doors

Large clean room, comfortable bed & pullows, good air con, cosy bar, nice pool with outside bar seating. Restaurant was ok, dinner good, breakfast mediocre. Ours was included in room rate, but would not have paid the€18 for awful coffee and average buffet.

It was ok - it was not staffed enough to support all staying in the hotel, when we were there. The first day breakfast (19th Aug 25) was disaster - despite the best effort from a lady (only one on the ground) - many end up waiting for long / left without having breakfast.. Next day was ok - few more staff on the ground then.... Perhaps, it was an odd week in the holiday month.

Room not ready at check in time. Breakfast service poor and key food items missing until many early guests had finished.

Clean need Reno

Air con didn’t work and property was dated. I’d stayed in a basic Kyriad (Beaune), the night before and although the room was considerably smaller, everything worked and it was spotlessly clean. The Kyriad Prestige may have had a pool but I won’t be using it again. Complained about the lack of functioning aircon and got a small refund.

Staff were wonderful, room clean and tidy. Just a really lively hotel

Had to ask for toilet tissue, towels, iron. Odd smell in hallways. Carpets not clean. Not a pleasant stay.

We bored here as it was convenient (and very well priced) during our trip from London to Italy. The staff were excellent, couldn’t be more helpful. Very welcoming! The room was spotless!!

Je suis déçu de ma réservation à l'hôtel pour la raison suivante : l'hôtel propose la restauration midi et soir. A notre arrivée, après réglé la facture de la réservation, nous constatons dans l'ascenceur que le restaurant est fermé juqu'a fin janvier 2025. Quand j'ai fais la réservation, la restauration faisait partie des presatations de l'hôtel. A aucun moment, nous avons été prévenue de ce manque de service de restauration. Si j'avais été prévenu à l'avance, j'aurai surement annulé ma réservation. Il y a vraiment un manque de respect de la clientele.

Stopover on a long journey - perfect. Pool was a nice bonus.

The AC system wasn't working correctly. The night felt a bit warm. The location seem to be an industrial area. Not many places to dine around the hotel, but in the hotel restaurant. We ate at the restaurant. Big parking lot. Staff was friendly.

Use it every year, know exactly where to go. Easy to access from the motorway.

Clean spacious room , air conditioning , perfect stop over on our way to swiss.

Friendly staff and clean room. Pool was a welcome bonus.
