The staff was very kind, we missed the train and the taxi went the wrong way, he tried to contact the driver and at the same time other people tried to flag down the taxi and finally we made it on time. I was in such a hurry that I didn't have time to say thank you. I hope they get my appreciation.

The minus is only no laundry room, other are good enough.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, food is also good and can request special Muslim food. The location is quite close to Tianfu Square and Chendu Metro Station (Loumashi Station). The ballroom is also very spacious. Purchases with applications are also easy to manage at this hotel, just show your passport and order code.

The hotel is located next to the metro station and has very kind service.It would be better if you can provide rooms which the bathroom are not transparent. As I travel with my friend ,it is a bit awkward that as I was showering my friend could see my shadow from outside the bathroom.

Good location next to subweb nice and helpful staff but some lack of English

Had a pleasant stay. Staffs helpful. Cozy and clean. Location is the only issue - not much activity and happenings in vicinity bt subway/metro is nearby
