Even though the hotel was very crowded, the service was still professional. next to the raffles, so if there are facilities that are not functioning at that time, you can use the Raffles hotel facilities.

The service was very good. Check in process went smooth and no bother on admin stuff. Pool was not functioning but we can use The Raffles’ facility.

Staff were friendly and courteous Check in and check out time was quick setting aside the queue of course as it was a holiday weekend. Breakfast was disappointing though. Pancakes tasted like paper. Coffee was served cold. Buffet was not refilled timely. Was expecting more from Spectrum. 👎🏻

Our stay well exceeded expectations. From the staff to the amenities, everything was great. The three malls - Glorietta, Greenbelt and Landmark are well within walking distance. Rooms were very spacious. We will definitely book here again for our next staycation.
