Pool was not looking to good, no waterfall working and water low and not clean, room was fine, staff helpful

Good location. Clean rooms. Hot water showers. Breakfast was enough to get you going for the day. I would recommend it for the price we paid.

Basic room and breakfast. Clean, but little hot water. Staff was nice.but not really friendly. Excellent location - easy walk to center of Merida. if you don’t mind that there is nothing special, but the price is reasonable, then this might be okay.

Lovely little Hotel with Garden feel. Room was cute and had a great hot shower ( a rarity it seems). Nice easy location, friendly staff. Coffee was good breakfast was ok. Included. I'd gladly stay again.

Very cute hotel, coloful and comfortable and in a great location not far at all from the center of Mérida.

The rooms are not the best.. but they are clean.. The roooms feel like they need some update..but for the price is ok.. the attention of the staff in the front desk is great and is quite a plus.. Surely will come back

The staff are very friendly, we fell very safe, I really recommend everything very close by walking!
