My stay was exactly what I was hoping for, clean room and friendly staff with nice grounds to hang out in.

I cannot ask more for the price of it.

This motel is awesome! What a hidden gem! Even though I had people stay on either side of me I could barely hear them. No fancy breakfast, but plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes of walking. I stayed for five nights and they were all great.

For me the location is great, good for visiting and access to the airport, being a motel driving to within steps of my suite front door. The grounds around large lawn area, area for sitting outside and not on a major road less traffic and noise. I have stayed there several times over years while visiting family in the Ottawa area and expect to in the future.

Our room was spacious, looked renovated. A/C worked well. Staff were very accommodating to our needs. Would stay again

there was only one plug in which was by the door entrance not very handy

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and very, very happy with how quiet it is there. The bathroom needs an upgrade. The toilet is too low and the bathtub needs support bars and a no slip mat.

Good value, convienent location.

The large outside area, set back significantly from the road, has muskoka chairs, some umbrellas and a few large shade trees to enjoy relaxing in the sun. Lots of parking for convenience and a very clean room made our stay enjoyable.

Neat clean nice place to stay with family

Very good value for money. Loved being able to drive up and park right outside the room. Breakfast while not extensive was more than adequate.

Such hotels should not advertise a breakfast. Plastic-wrapped muffins, tasteless coffee, over-sweet cereals and yaourt. Not only a very limited choice but also disastrous for the unhealthy sugar content.

Basic room with functioning A/C, good value, friendly staff.

There was no Air conditioning and no fan. It's very hot, especially for the summer. The breakfast was not satisfied. Also, for the payment, the initial booking amount was different from the receipt given from the reception. So the amount was $445 while the receipt mentioned $286.45, so I am confused regarding which payment is accurate. Overall, I am not satisfied with the stay at Rideau Heights Inn.
