Our family had a wonderful experience at Bel Marina Resort. The room was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the entire property felt fresh and welcoming. The staff team is young, energetic, and very well trained in customer service — from the bellman to the front desk, everyone was incredibly polite, elegant, and attentive. Although the breakfast buffet was not quite as impressive as we expected, it was fair for the room rate. The resort’s landscape is lush and charming, creating a peaceful atmosphere. We stayed only one night, so unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the facilities. One highlight of our stay was discovering a lovely little vegetable garden during breakfast, which immediately caught our children’s attention. We ended up booking a cooking class for them at the Bamboo House. Chef Ngoc was exceptional — dedicated, thoughtful, and very professional. He taught our two children three dishes, explaining the origins and stories behind each one in a clear and engaging way. His passion truly elevated the experience. Every staff member we encountered made a positive impression, and this is clearly one of the resort’s greatest strengths. We often take weekend getaways, and we will definitely return to Bel Marina on our next trip to Hoi An.

Enthusiastic and lovely staff! The resort view is very beautiful, near the old town, there is a shuttle bus to An Bang beach, very convenient for those who live far away to come here to relax.

1. Nhân viên phục vụ không tốt. Đặc biệt là bạn ở quầy Bar, khu bể bơi; và dịch vụ xe đạp. Xe đạp ở khách sạn ít, nhưng khi khách có nhu cầu mượn thì chỉ trả lời là hết xe rồi; mà không hướng dẫn khách thêm. Nhìn chung nhân viên không nhiệt tình thân thiện cho lắm. 2. Đồ ăn sáng không ngon

The room was beautiful, spacious and clean just like the picture. We even got a room upgrade. The hotel is very close to the old town, and they lend free bicycles, which is very convenient. The breakfast was not very rich. Will definitely come back next time.

I have a great experience at Silk road Hoi An. I found the hotel the last night before I flew, so I did not look very carefully. When I arrived at the hotel a little early about 10 o'clock, but you still let me check in early and got a better room upgrade. Staff was friendly and was given a free bike loan. I suggest that you borrow a bicycle to walk around the old town, do not go for a walk in the hot sun but not close to walking for about 15 minutes to get to the old town. I have a chance to come back at Silk road again ❤️
