I've never encountered a hotel as bad as this one. I paid for breakfast, but there were no tables available, the food selection was meager, and when it ran out, the staff didn't refill it. The air conditioning also didn't work. I regret spending my money so much.

Affordable and not far from tourist attractions.

The price is quite affordable for a 4-star hotel. It's also close to the city center. It's definitely worth it.

Great value for money. Although the room is a bit old, everything else is great.

I didn't order any food, so I don't know. Regarding transportation, there are no taxis available; we used an app.

Asked to check in early, but could not. On the second day, asked to clean the room, but they only changed the bed sheet and towels, not cleaning the bathroom or vacuuming the room.

Just an old hotel. The bed is not comfortable and sagging. All furniture is old.

This hotel is a little rundown but well maintained. Multi-level free parking. 7-Eleven is opposite and also there is a club just right below the hotel. Overall, the hotel is ok, about 1.5KM away from Lee Garden Night Market.

Not friendly, very bad. Talking as if you are the only owner of the hotel.

Musty smell, there are food scraps in the refrigerator, the water faucet is damaged, there is rust on it that will not come off. The elevator is used to go up and down and has only one compartment.

Don't have a halal restaurant near the hotal.

The staffs are very good. The view is beautiful. The breakfast is clean and looks very delicious.

Creepy. Bad smell. Dusty carpet, also room. Really Old furniture. Rusty shower head. Air conditioner disfunction. We did ask to change room but receptionist tell us all room fully occupied. Just nice tall Building and Reception area. ✅ Happy and satisfied only with both nice Male Receptionist during check in. ❌ with Room and facilities. Hope management did Refurbish hotel room.

The staff were very friendly but there is one staff that is didn't like at all because when I was asking for new pair of toothbrush, he ' s saying to me that I have to go to 7 eleven to go buy my own toothbrush.

Seamless check-in with accommodating staff. The rooms are clean and cozy. The hotel is situated in a not so busy place though it's in the heart of the city, making it a wonderful place for quick stays.
