We liked the staff and being greeted at reception. They were friendly and changed our room right away when lights and AC did not come on. Restaurant nearby and bar were convenient for us at good prices. Toileties were excellent inclusive of shower cap, mini toothpaste etc. Hotel staff also kept our luggage for us safely after check-out so we could enjoy the afternoon. Hotel rate for what you received was very good. We did not like the fact that bulbs were missing, AC not working properly even in second room we received. Hotel needs upkeep. Some easy fixes. It was just one night so we did not not allow anything to spoil our stay.

Breakfast tables not cleared and miserable looking staff. Staff Not welcoming at breakfast time. Food ok but staff were very slow refill the food. Would not stay here again. First time ever that we did not leave a tip in our room. Room smelt damp and toilet seat loose. Cleaners should have reported this before our arrival and got it fixed.

The rooms had evident mildew all over the ceiling and damp patches on the wardrobe door and around the skirting board too, which was very off putting and made you feel that the hotel was dirty.

Rather dated holiday camp type establishment. Location on waterfront midway between Lisbon and Estoril. Train station and shops nearby. Breakfast was OK. Room OK. Service a bit indifferent. Late check in, not until 4pm.

Hotel is a bit outdated. Pictures of this property on web page are much better then in reality. Cleanless - during a week only toilet paper was added. Breakfast- every day the same food, coffee from machine not drinkable. I arrived after heavy wind and surrounding stays for the whole week, like on rekostruction place. Location is perfect

There was a used condom wrapper upstairs in the loft. I killed 1 cockroach, there is black mould everywhere.....they should shut this place down...contact the health authorities

Comfortable

Fantastic ocean-side compound with a pool, sunbathing balcony, bar, and restaurant. Property may be a bit rundown on the outside but is perfectly functional, especially for the price. Highly recommended!

The property was a little run down and a bit sketchy. Rooms were clean and very close to the ocean. Breakfast was amazing.

This one is a bittersweet review. The staff as amazing, helpful and professional. Their breakfast was really outstanding with variety of options and all fresh. Dining views are great as they face the water. Now, the bitter....place is outdated. Need landscaper and grounds need serios TLC. PLACE HAS POTENTIAL. Overall, place was good but its also much further from lisbon than it looks. As of today's date and if you'replanning on visiting Lisbon, do note, it is not close. To get to the Arch(main Plaza), its about 15-20 euros each way. Accessible by train but you'll have to walk at least 10 mins to take it. Again, place has it's strengths, but needs updating.

No wifi in the room and absolutely no empathy from the desk personnel to mitigate it. When I told her, she just said "Yea, we know there is no wifi, you must come to the reception to have wifi". Really annoying response.
