Very disappointing experience. The hotel is not at all like the pictures and feels old and run-down. The breakfast lacked quality. The reception staff often seemed annoyed whenever I approached them with questions or requests. One of the very few amenities offered is an in-room safe, but surprisingly you have to pay extra to use it. The housekeeping staff were the exception – they were friendly, professional, and did a great job keeping the rooms clean. The hotel also have a kind guard on the outside, to make sure people who doesn’t live there don’t get to enter. This made us feel safe. The hotel was filled with drunk Germans in football suits during our stay. When I asked the reception if it was always like this, I was told, “Get used to it, that’s how it is here.” That response says a lot about the atmosphere and customer service. There was people partying all over the hotel. The hotel-reservation also made mistakes with our room reservation, causing unnecessary frustration with in meeting with a poor receptionist. The rooms themselves were acceptable and the air conditioning worked well, but that was one of the few positives. Overall, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel or area in Mallorca.

Overall, I had a good experience and no major issues during my stay, and I would consider returning given the value for money. On arrival, I was allowed to pre-check in as I arrived early, although the room was not available yet, which was fine. However, staff at reception could have been more attentive, as I was initially not given a meal card for my stay. The room was basic but sufficient for my needs. None of the TV channels were working, which didn’t affect me personally but could be an issue for other guests. The main drawback was the lack of soundproofing — noise from surrounding rooms and corridors was very noticeable. There is a safe in the room, but it costs €5.50 per day for the key, payable in cash only, which felt inconvenient compared to card payments elsewhere. The requirement, along with a disclaimer about no responsibility for valuables not stored in the safe, felt a bit unnecessary. The hotel is in a convenient location with shops nearby and around an 8-minute walk to the beach. It is also well connected via a direct bus route from the airport. Dining options nearby are mostly casual kebab-style restaurants rather than more authentic local cuisine. Facilities were adequate: a simple pool area and a small bar serving food and drinks (not included in the stay). Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of hot and cold options, including coffee and juice. Dinner was more basic, buffet-style with limited authenticity, but still tasty. Drinks not included.

Can be noisy but when we stayed this wasn't too much of an issue and the staff seemed to be on top of any unruly behaviour. Our stay was good until the last night. We had a couple of drinks in the pizzeria/bar. The second glass of wine was poured in front of me. I wasn't asked if I wanted large or small and the glass poured certainly wasn't twice the size of my first glass, however when it came to paying the bill I was charged for 3 glasses of wine when I had 2. I queried this and was told that was because the second glass was larger so they charged me for an extra glass. This wasn't requested by me or asked if I wanted this. I paid for the 3 glasses but I didn't like the underhand way this was done and it left me feeling conned. Be careful when using this bar.

The staff was incredible - so helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Room was clean breakfast choice good. Very noisy Corridors till 4am in the morning with no security checks. People climbing over the sides of the rooms so make sure you lock your doors.

The ceiling upstairs leaked into our bathroom.

The rooms are very small. They are also not maintained.

Fabulous stay, had read some reviews and was a little concerned. Close to the playa de palma with all the bars and restaurant.The area around the hotel was quiet with a great spar supermarket selling freshly made sandwiches. The breakfast was great so much choice from a full english to cereals, fruit, cheese and ham. The room was lovely nice and clean with a really comfortable double bed. All the staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The room was clean and confortable, but we didn't sleep before 4:30 in the morning !! Customers drinking, shouting, knoking at the doors, music loud,.... Not recommanded ! No parking.

Good for what you pay

The balcony view overlooks the main street and offers a small space for sun lounging.

I stayed in a single room, the room was modernly renovated, the bed was quite wide, breakfast and dinner were quite good. Good value for money.

Great at the time of year not too busy crowded or noisy, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and relaxing. The staff were polite and helpful, I enjoyed my room being cleaned. Overall I would happily stay at this hotel again at the time of year.

I’d say that the price reflects quality in this case- it was cheap break so you can’t expect anything more than average or less. What I have appreciated was the fact that room, bedding and toilet were really clean, although shower gel lasted just for one day. Door and walls are rather very thin, so I’d recommend earplugs (you can hear your neighbours and cleaning staff in the early morning). Breakfast and dinner were very monotonous and for me the worst thing was the fact that food which supposed to be hot or at least warm was cold (like eggs, pancakes, bacon…). If you didn’t get freshly prepared meat or fish, you definitely would ended up with cold dinner. Lifts will give you a heart attack every time they stop, even in your head, you know it’s going to happen but still it will get you every time (noise and shake). But I my opinion “the best” part was when a very loud fire alarm started to go off from 2am to 3:30am every half an hour! That was my last night there and I’ll never forget it! I didn’t look very rested when I’ve arrived home… I’ve asked for compensation for this very unfortunate event but was told by a very nice manager that it isn’t his fault that people smoke in their rooms and it isn’t his fault that the alarm system works really well… I was hoping that at at least I’d be allowed to stay longer in the room and have a snooze as my flight was in the evening, but unfortunately no… I’m not coming back to Seramar Luna Park but Mallorca was great as always:)

We really enjoyed our holiday in the hotel.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt that this is well deserved. For the price I paid for 5 nights, half board, the value is outstanding! My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast and Dinner was good. The buffets had amazing options. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Clean & lovely room, nice Balcony, pleasant staff, fab pools

Clean room, nice balcony, good breakfast and close to the beach that was nice. The room didn’t have a fridge which was a problem and there were also no drinking glasses at the room. It was not that soundproof so you could hear easily people go outside the door and so on. But overall a good hotel and we had a nice stay!
