The staff were so kind and accommodating, room was clean, and location (therefore views from the hotel) are amazing. The staff went above and beyond to help us freeze my mom’ ice packs for keeping her insulin chilled.

Grand and beautiful hotel. Room was modern and well-appointed. Amazing breakfast selection. Great location with stunning views of the see.

When checking in we faced an issue with the receptionist for an error in the number of occupants which was of no fault from us. After a while the manager cane and sorted everything out and apologized for the mistake. The receptionist was rude and was not happy even after the manager sorted the issue. She made the process very hard for us to checkin and said that if we don’t like it we can leave. She was rude and unhelpful.

At a 5 star hotel it’s not acceptable you cannot access the pool or the gym early in the morning. Guests like to use the pool in the cool mornings and gym when it’s quiet.

We have clearly stated all of the problems that we have faced during our 4 nights staying at the hotel to their Sales and Marketing Director on 3rd day of our stay. She didn't even take a note any of them. Promised to get back to us all of the reported issues within 1 hour, but she didn't even care of us and our reported issues. They are mostly focused on the local events where they are making most of their income for our understanding and don't care the rest of their clients. Definitely don't recommend this facility, not a worth of the money. Go with your other options.

Excellent hotel with a great location. A lot of cafes and resturants around the hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Had a great time during the stay. Thanks to all the staff that made the stay enjoyable.
