Room was nice and clean, could do with some renovations but wouldn’t stop me going back. Staff were amazing and so helpful. Breakfast was really good as well. For the price, it was great

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a great selection. A special mention goes to Rachel at the bar, who was friendly, professional, and made our evenings enjoyable with her warm conversation. The lady at reception was also lovely and provided us with all the information we needed on arrival. All the staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel at home throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

A lovely place to stay with an excellent breakfast

A very cosy & modern hotel in a quiet & secure location with the loveliest yet professional staff. Spent a night during the work trip, was a perfect place to unwind despite being on the warmest day of the year! Food from the Bistro was very good & the breakfast was Excellent with a wide range of quality choices. Highly recommend for work trip as well as short getaway. Will definitely visit for latter next time!

Such a pleasant stay, 20 minutes or so from Redditch Town centre , in a beautiful area , lovely and quiet. Staff were easily some of the most pleasant, kind and helpful I've ever come across. I had a single room with single bed ( staying away for work) and I was worried the single bed would be small, it wasn't and also lovely and comfortable. Room was small but very pleasant. Also food was good in the Bistro/ bar and a lovely massive TV to watch the world cup football on. A perfect stay from start to finish and a bargain price. Will never stay anywhere else now, I was seeking a regular hotel for my twice a month trips to office. Found!

Very helpful, friendly staff both before and during my stay. Clean and quiet room, good shower and comfortable bed. An early start for me on the Saturday meant I had to forego breakfast, but I was able to enjoy it fully on Sunday morning - excellent!

Staff always very friendly and helpful. Facilities always good, bar is useful for a drink or even dinner (evening food is always nice). Cannot fault the breakfast either, always look forward o my breakfast.

Spotless room, very polite and helpful staff. Chilli is always good so would recommend. No breakfast this time as I had to leave before service started.

I need to pay more attention to what I am booking but this place didnt really feel like a hotel but a conference centre with rooms. But on saying that there were positives which I will start with. Firstly, the staff were brilliant. They couldn't be more helpful and friendly even when I was grumpy. Secondly, breakfast was pretty good. The rooms, as the weekend was a hot one, were cool even without air con. And the bed comfy. Now to the bad points. I am a big guy and the room i was given I could not fit in the shower. The gap in the doors just didnt allow it. To be fair to the hotel staff they swapped out room where the shower cubicle had a proper door and no problems. What I dont get is apparently this is a common complaint with the room we were given. So change the shower cubicle. I would like to point out it wasnt the size of the cubicle just the doors didnt open wide. And lastly its a pet peeve that you have to buzz in and out of the hotel. I just dont see the point and it just makes me fill like I am not trusted. Minor thing as it seems to be creeping into hotels but I hate it. Got to admit the staff saved this review as I was close to blowing my top over the shower.
