When we were waiting at the counter, it took a while as the other group were giving the hostess a hard time. But no fault to the hotel

Dining on-site, friendly staff, parking, upgrades offered, close to arena.

Nice hotel, allows pets which is so great for my dogs who are also yearly guests here.

Everything was wonderful during my stay. Staff was friendly. Place was clean!

The staff is ever smiling; they serve you with a smile, so I felt home away from home.

location ok only one elevator working

I had my truck broken window broken and personal items stolen. Hotel did nothing about it. Room smelled like mold.

Nice breakfast buffet.

This is the best option if you're looking for a cozy hotel to stay in town. With clean and wide rooms, elegant furniture and very quiet for the location...this is the best option you can find in Timmins. Everything was excellent and plan to visit again the city and stay here again.

Clean, fresh smelling and warm room (windy, cold and blustery outside at the moment) Location is excellent. Close to a lot- Starbucks next door, Mike’s restaurant up the street, Petro gas station across the street, close to Shoppers drug mart, Tim Hortons, Wendy’s, Metro, banks, etc.

Good location close to our destination.

Nice place however very noisy throughout the night from kids running around and no parental control. Our bathroom sink was totally clogged, dirty and foul smell. Vending machine on our floor was virtually empty.

No cream or sugar for coffee no telephone But overall good place to stay

We had a great stay ! Check in was fast and efficient Breakfast started early that was a great help The only thing I could say was the pool water was a little dirty

Our room was very comfortable. The eggs and sausages for breakfast were grossly overdone.
