Because of the war in the middle east in March 2026 I couldn't come to Greece at all and I tried to cancel the reservation 9 days in advance. The hotel refused to give a refund and charged me full price!

Lovely location, amazing views. Very nice indoors pool area, kids allowed in so not always quiet. Ok breakfast, dinner less so. Lots of stairs with no elevator so be aware. Rooms a bit basic. The hotel wasn't cheap so we expected a bit more, some nice treat upon arrival, even the complementary water you get in every hotel - they charge for. Not a pleasant check in, late check out request was immediately refused. All in all we felt that the value for money was lower than other hotels on our trip, and that they don't bother to go the extra mile for their guests like other properties.

Spent a wonderful few days here in January. The village and surrounding area was quiet but there was still plenty to do. Our stay was the perfect combination of activities and relaxation and the staff at Aristi provided the best service. We would happily come back! I recommend the Zitsa Experience, we had such a great time.

It’s 238 steps down from the hotel to the center of the village. The hotel offers their own special little path to walk up and down, which has lights for your after dinner upwards hike. The view from the hotel is spectacular. The spa is included in your room price and offers a sauna, steam bath, indoor pool and 2 person jacuzzi. There is also an outdoor pool. The staff is very friendly. The whole place feels quite luxurious.

Ultimately a disappointment. The view is excellent, as are all the views in Aristi. Parking was a challenge even for a tiny car as there are no delineated spaces. The room was adequate, nothing special except for the nice, big tub. The bed was lumpy and couch was old and worn. The spa was a major let down. The hot tub was barely warmer than room temp, and the sauna was barely warm at all. Basically pointless. Breakfast was very nice. The biggest disappointment was the desk staff. They refused to honor the listed massage prices. On top of that, they doubled the quoted room rate at check-out and were extremely rude and dismissive to my girlfriend--really gaslighting in the most aggressive way possible. Not recommended, and we will not return.
