The breakfast quality was poor, and cool, when arrived no towels in the room I requested they take so long for delivery, next day same no towels and delayed a lot x delivery, The welcome drink to very smaller glasses , they question about 20% food discounts, we decided go to street to eat.

All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. Loved the pool! The breakfast buffet was very good.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Rooms are large with a beautiful view of the ocean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet had lots to choose from. Pool is huge and there is lots to do for all ages.

Great property for a family holiday, children’s pool, beach, many food options nearby, play areas, games room, and rooms overlooking the sea.

This property could really be a gem. The water view is wonderful. The room itself has zero charm. Oddly enough, the staff at the front desk feels the exact same way. Not rude. Not overly pleasant, but disconnected. It feels sterile like being in a very nice hospital room. All it needs is someone with an eye for design to make it feel warm and welcoming.

The staff is great but there is nothing to do there besides laying on the lounges in front of a small swimming pool (looks bigger on the pictures). The amenities are in bad condition, the pool table is useless, pool sticks don’t have the tip, they are chopped. Gym very, VERY basic, overall the property is outdated and there is dust in the lobby.

It was a good experience. The building is old, but the service is good. The pool is great, the views are awesome.

People were sleeping in the fitness room. The stuff were not the nicest. It was difficult to communicate with the staff. The pool was not clean.

This hotel was located beautifully on the shoreline in Paracas, and was a short 5-10 mins walk into the town centre. The rooms were spacious and clean and modern. My only small gripe was the water was only lukewarm in the morning which at 6am was not great.

Unfortunately very few staff speak English especially at front desk. There was no direction as to how to get your room cleaned. Housekeeping does not have a key therefore our room was not cleaned. We had to ask for water in the room which is a must as you do not drink from the tap. The pool was long but the birds like to swim in it so I do t trust the cleanliness. The view was pretty but there are no chairs on the beach which is on the shores of a marina . Overall I would not stay again. I thank management for trying to rectify our concerns on the last day

Desde que hemos llegado no ha parado de hacer diferentes problemas. El baño en un estado pésimo, la cama super incomoda y me dijo el colchón. Se escucha todo de las habitaciones contiguas. Los materiales muy básicos y con mucha suciedad en el hotel. No entiendo cómo puede ser 4 estrellas la verdad.

The amenities of the hotel were not good. The pool was always consumed with birds and the food wasn’t good.

I really enjoyed the San Agustin Hotel, especially the location in Paracas and beautiful harbor view. The room was very comfortable and staff was excellent.

La playa es para verla de lejos, de cerca no es muy agradable.
