The room is big and spacious. Good location. There is a parking lot. But check-in is late. The room is not ready when check-in time is reached.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with excellent service, friendly staff, and a clean, comfortable room that offered great ambiance. The facilities were well-maintained, and the Wi-Fi worked smoothly. The location is conveniently close to the city center, which made getting around easy. Always stay here whenever I'm in Bangkok. Used to book the room with balcony but now they charge way too expensive for the balcony room 😭.

The price is worth the room. I think the parking is sufficient because there are many foreigners. It is not full.

Great service and location, room was clean and spacious. Windows were soundproofed, great for light sleeper. Wifi was very poor and could be improved. Overall, good experience for me.

มาถึงเที่ยงขอเชคอินพนักงานให้รอคนเชคเอ้าก่อนบอกว่าประมาณ5-10นาทีนั่งรอเกินครึ่งชั่วโมง มีเด็ก 1 ขวบมาด้วยแทนที่ได้ห้องแล้วจะรีบเอาคีย์การ์ดมาให้กลับต้องรอถึง 2ชั่วโมง หรือเข้าบ่ายสอง มาพักที่นี่หลายครั้ง จองแต่ห้องเล็ก แต่ครั้งนี้เป็นครั้งแรกที่จองห้องเกือบใหญ่สุด เพราะเป็นวันเกิดลูกและเพิ่งเดินทางไปฉีดวัคซีนมาในตอนเช้า พนักงานไม่มีจิตใจด้านการบริการ แม้แต่จะเรียกไปเชคอินทั้งที่ไม่มีแขกเชคเอ้าแล้วและรอมานาน หรือเมื่อห้องพร้อมแล้วนำคีย์การ์ดมาให้กลับต้องให้รอประมาณ2ชั่วโมงทั้งที่มีเด็ก 1 ขวบมาด้วย ไม่ประทับใจเลย

ห้องกว้างมาก สะอาด พนักงานบริการดี อุปกรณ์อำนายความสะดวกครบทุกอย่าง อาหารเช้าบุฟเฟต์ดีมาก

ทำเลดี ให้อารมณ์เหมือนพักคอนโดใจกลางเมือง ครับ น้ำไม่ร้อนครับ อาหารเช้าพอทานได้แต่ไม่มีเบคอน ^^

Seat cushions on the edge of the face are not clean. Take it out and wash it.
