Perfect place to stay in Madrid!

Great location. Staff was very friendly. Could walk almost everywhere. Clean rooms. Greta AC.

The rooms are tiny — there’s literally nowhere to put a suitcase. You open the door and basically have to fall straight onto the bed. On the positive side, the location is great: close to the main museums and Atocha train station. However, there are definitely other hotels in the area that are even cheaper and offer more space

Very kind staff. Room was not very clean, we found a stain in the sheets and hair balls in the floor. Otherwise very nice hotel and location.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Great attention to detail. Very good breakfast in the rooftop cafe. I had a single room with a single bed and it was small but ok for one. Bed was comfortable. Room was really clean. Very easy walk to Metro or Atocha Station.

This property was not as advertised. I am 67 and was up on a BUNK bed!!! The picture made it look like you walked up stairs (Not a LADDER) to the bed. Very difficult to come down ladder at 3am and go to bathroom. Staff was nice enough.

The accommodation was efficient, but vey comfortable. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Great location and easy to walk or take a short taxi/bus to all great spots in the city. It was a great stay for the value.
