Super comfortable and safe. We left our luggage for 4 days during our Amazon trip and it felt so secure. Communication through WhatsApp was amazing and really great. Camila couldn’t have been more helpful, her English was incredible and gave great recommendations. Price was amazing value, you’re paying the same price you would for a private hostel room for a far better experience. Location is great, 5 mins walk from the main plaza and good laundry amenities nearby. Room was a good size and comfortable, and impeccably clean. Highly recommend.

Everything was absolutely awesome! Camila was an amazing host and was there for all of our needs. The breakfast was super tasty and perfect to get us started with our day. The rooms and the whole hotel were super clean and quiet, which is wild since it was so close to main areas. Highly recommend and we'll definitely be back.

We had such a wonderful stay at Wakapunku Boutique Hotel in Cusco! From the moment we arrived, Camila greeted us so warmly and made us feel right at home. She was incredibly accommodating, always quick to answer our questions, and full of local knowledge that really enhanced our trip. The hotel itself is spotless and beautifully decorated, with so much character. We especially loved the coca tea always available-it felt like such a thoughtful touch. On the days we had to leave early and miss breakfast, they even prepared paper bag breakfasts for us, which was a lifesaver. The location couldn't have been better —close to everything but still peaceful. Cusco will forever be a memorable place for us, and staying here was a big part of that. Highly recommend Wakapunku if you're looking for comfort, charm, and truly caring staff.

My wife and I loved this cute hotel and our only regret was that we didn't stay longer! It was wonderful to soak our sore muscles in the tub after the Inca trail and get a hot cup of tea from the kitchen to help relax. The king sized bed was giant, very comfortable, and gave us the best sleep we've had in a while. The location is phenomenal - we had spent a few days wandering around the area earlier in the trip and there is no shortage of things to do. Most of all, Camila was incredibly helpful and kind. We had to check in late and (sadly) depart early to get to the airport. She made what could have been a stressful transit pleasant and enjoyable, even including a tasty breakfast we could snack on at the airport! We'll definitely come back here time next time we're in Cuzco.

First time visiting Cusco Peru, and I booked this boutique hotel coz of its convenient location to the plaza de armas and the twelve angled stone. I stayed at this boutique hotel for more than one week and during my time staying here I was so blown away by the service of the staff and the friendliness. I would say the service was a top notch coz they provided an ultimate comfort to the guests. The hotel doesn't have 24hrs front desk but they have 24hrs host available through Whatsapp. We were given two keys (the front door and room key) which we kept during our stay. This boutique hotel provides free breakfast every morning from 7-10am with 24hrs hot water and room temperature water with coca&muna teas. They clean the room everyday and they provide package shampoo/conditioner/bar soap and fresh towels. Luckily, our room was on the first floor, easy access. Camila, the host, offered us a thermos during our stay and always very attentive to our needs. Our room was very spacious and we got extra fleece blankets for each of us. Cusco is cold place and the hotel has natural air circulation (so it's pretty chilly at night). The only thing that bothered me during my stay was the flooding of the water surrounding the tub after our shower, but seems like it's expected coz there was a drain outside the tub on the floor. I felt bad every time after we showered there was always puddle of water on the floor. Would recommend this boutique hotel coz of the friendliness, cleanliness and the location.
