Advice for you guys never choose this hotel like me. Because I booked late, I had to choose this hotel, the room is small, stuffy, in a noisy Western neighborhood, the entrance is small, crowded and vehicles are banned on weekends, very inconvenient. I went with 2 adults and 2 children, because my older child was 12 years old, I booked a triple room, my younger child was 6 years old, I did not order breakfast but still had to pay extra for the younger child. So the total price is more expensive than Muong Thanh, Imperial or Elrado but the quality is far worse and there is no breakfast. The room interior is old, there is no view, in general it is extremely bad, I have never stayed in such a bad hotel.

Just stay temporarily, but to be honest, go to another hotel with the same price, it's better than staying here. It's expensive and they don't allow smoking even though the room has a balcony.

I booked a Dulex room, which is quite expensive compared to the price. I needed space to rest but was heavily affected by the noise from the restaurant area. I was assigned a room on the 12th floor and the restaurant was on the upper floor. Therefore, it was very noisy, from 10pm to 1am, I couldn't sleep. I called the reception to complain but only received a request for sympathy. And the worst thing was that from 5am it was very noisy, I couldn't sleep. I called the reception and the staff said it wasn't the hotel that made the noise, it was the breakfast guests who made the noise so I had to endure it. The answer and the way of taking care of the guests were very irresponsible. I talked to the manager when checking out but still didn't receive a satisfactory answer. I am completely disappointed with the service here.

All facility are nice, except swimming pool. Location are good.

The staff who picked me up from Hue airport to the hotel were very friendly, the hotel was close to the center, the price was reasonable, the hygiene was clean and suitable for families... I had little time so I didn't go to the swimming pool...

Khách sạn mới, view đẹp, đồ ăn sáng ngon, nhân viên lịch sự chu đáo, phòng bày trí dễ chịu, sạch sẽ, cách âm tốt, ngủ ngon, tivi mở được YouTube. Mọi người mà đi trúng Tết (mùng 4 trở đi), cần thuê xe máy thì có thể đi bộ đến số 42 Nguyễn Công Trứ để thuê xe.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is a bit limited, but it's fine. And close to the center, so it's very convenient to go sightseeing.
