Very good place

The services were good. The only issue was with language translation. Telephone calls from outside the country to the front desk,/reception were ignored.

Theshould be varieties of the menu each day

The room hás a good size and it is bright, very Nice. The breakfast is very Nice too but I wish it had a different choice of fresh Juice.

We regularly stay at this hotel while in BH for a day or two when visiting the wife's family...Good opportunity to relax for a night before heading home. They've been through a few ownerships over the years (and some renovations were being undertaken in the dining area, so jackhammering during the day....Thank God not at night)....Breakfast and overall service was good, staff not overly friendly with smiles but adequate.

When we visit family in BH, we always want our last night before heading home to be peaceful, relaxing, etc. (Draw your own conclusions)....This hotel fits the bill. Also VG wi-fi and cellphone reception (from the 9th floor, at least); my T-Mobile service works in cahoots w/VIVO and - at lower elevations - reception has been poor. Worked great here

Generally quiet when you face the main street, Rua Boaventura, but much noisier if you're facing either side or rear of the hotel.....Understandably beyond their control, but with noisy neighbors (a couple bars, small club) like these, better to get a room that faces the front.

No complaints

A good bargain if you're in the area....Very reasonable price, room was decent, breakfast was really good (considering these Covid times). Only complaints are: 1) They hadn't changed the AC filter (flashing light indicated as such) and 2) One out of the two electric outlets at the desk didn't function...couldn't use multiple devices at same time.

Simple .... not reflective of online quality and images online when assessing property.... food was horrible... no price value

I always get the same great rooms with comfort and hospitality every time.

Clean rooms, fast elevators, good breakfast and good neighborhood.

Rooms aren't isolated and you can hear what your neighbours are talking about.

Great view and not on too busy of a street. Hotel staff were always very friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was excellent. And the room very clean. I loved my stay there.

This is a good hotel to stay within walking distance from the university (UFMG). Some staff speak English, others communicate via google translator. All the staff is very friendly and they try their best to help. The area is uninspiring, but safe, just like most of the city.

Several front desk staff speak Emglish. Very friendly and hepfull. A bit noisy in am, but comfortable wi great location in Pamphula.

Tudo muito perfeito e do jeito que eu já esperava.

A equipe, no geral, foi atenciosa. Mas as instalações eram aquem das fotos do anuncio. O banheiro apresentava mofo no teto, o box era pequeno demais, o edredom era simples e o café da manhã poderia ter mais opções. Para o preço e o anúncio, esperava mais.
