Location was great for the areas we wanted to visit, we had a rental vehicle and parking was accessible at all times with security 24/7 also walkable distance to local restaurants. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and quiet. The cleaning staff along with the front staff Ailene & Jade went out of their way to find some documents we left behind and kept them safe for us until we came back a few days later. Thank you We will definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends and family.

Handy location, about 600m from the action of Oaxaca. Close to restaurants, cantinas and cafes. Clean hotel with a small buffet breakfast, usually eggs toast & cereals with coffee. Free laundry to catch up during your travels. Staff aren't overly friendly but if you say hola first they will say it back.

The hotel is located within the city of Oaxaca, just slightly outside the main center — about a 15-minute walk from Santo Domingo Church. During my stay, the hotel was undergoing several renovations, which may have influenced my experience. My package included breakfast, but it was quite basic. The rooms are simple but very complete, and the beds are extremely comfortable. They also offer coffee, tea, and water available at all times, which is a much-appreciated detail. However, one major downside is that the walls are very thin — you can literally hear conversations from the neighboring rooms

We enjoyed our stay here (1 week). The room was small, but worked fine for us. It had a full size bed (would have preferred a queen as full sizes are too short), a little desk area with a chair, a small rod to hang clothing, and a small bathroom. Housekeeping did a wonderful job. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved being able to park in the underground lot. There was security on site, so you feel safe here. The breakfasts were pretty good most of the time with a good variety. There were always scrambled eggs of some type, a veggie, tortilla chips and salsa, beans, and often one more hot option. Plus, there was milk, cereal, yogurt, fruit, baked goods, juice, and coffee. Walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. Most importantly, this place is easy to find at night! Look for the blue light!

Horrible. They put the least investment possible. Cheaply built. Mini beds uncomfortable and sterile. Stay elsewhere.
