Clean and fresh room with sea view. Plenty of space for adults and 3 kids and 2 dogs! Although I have a dog I could smell that the room allows dogs, maybe needs airing or room spray more often. Nice new bathroom suite but height not adjustable abd I'm short! Lovely food and brought to room because late in the evening for my youngest. Staff were helpful and friendly at every turn. Back door for evening use but able to use to unload our car. Quite narrow so a larger access would be good but really it was very helpful. I would definitely go again and it was affordable through the App.

Everything spot on as usual. Stayed many times staff great food lovely so clean. Definitely be going back soon. So peaceful.

Just a quick one night stay. A lovely room, great food served at dinner and a very good breakfast too. The staff were excellent, couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome. We will definitely stay again to see more of this beautiful coastline. Thank you

Hotel in an excellent location for coastal and woodland walking with a regular bus service to other holiday locations nearby. Friendly staff provided a great service in the bar and restaurant which had a varied menu. We intend returning to this location.

I couldn’t stay at the hotel and left to go to another property. Filthy, damp, broken bed, holes on the walls. I have asked for a refund and documented all the issues. Yet to get any answer via Hotels.com as yet. AWFUL

The staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, for them. The food was great and portions were massive. We could not finish our food. The only downside and we meant to say, before we left, but shower rod was quite loose.

Very good value for the room, food and drink. Would highly reccomend this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and also a big bonus of being dog friendly. Lovely location

Pleasant helpful staff, at check in and breakfast. We did not have an evening meal. We booked a sea view double room. The view was the highlight for us. The room was a good size, with a decent bathroom. An electric shower, so not as powerful as a rainfall shower. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and bottled water provided- with the largest mugs we’ve ever had in a hotel room.A good selection of cooked breakfast choices along with cereal and juices that you helped yourself to.

If you are looking for 4 or 5* ratings then the Waterford Arms isn't for you. If you want honest, no frills accommodation with wonderful staff and great food then you're onto a winner. We had a great stay and when the area had a power cut on a fully booked restaurant on Saturday night the staff were amazing. Despite a considerable loss of income they kept smiling and coped very well. Seaton Sluice itself is very popular at the weekend. Not surprising really as it is very picturesque. We would be happy to return.

Caring personal welcome and service. Helpful when needed. Arrived too late for food at 7.45pm there and at other pubs in vicinity. No room cleaning on a 2 night stay.

The views across the bay from our room were terrific, the food was good, room was spotless and comfortable, ensuite modern. What really made our stay though was the friendliness and helpfulness of the hard working staff.

Have stayed here before as can take dogs. Great location very friendly staff and nice big rooms. Great breakfast as always.
