The only problem was the thin walls between rooms. One night there was a very noisy person in the room next to mine, and that made it difficult to sleep. It was bad luck.

Great staff, great location. Great water temp and pressure in shower. Didn't have any counter space in bathroom and beds were really hard. Overall really great stay.

I visited while in Barcelona for a conference. I was a little leery about a hostel; but that's what was in the budget. No concerns after staying. Most of the clientele were not young adults there to party. People of all ages stayed while I was there for 7 nights. Everyone was respectful. The building was clean and well positioned to transportation. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. When exiting the building go left to the little shop on the corner - I had the best sangria there. If you want to get work done, walk past the parallel metro station to Joba. Great coffee, food and tables to sit and work - that is uncommon in Barcelona for a cafe.

Lo mejor son los empleados. Muy atentos, serviciales. Me enseñaron a cómo usar la transportación para llegar a sitios de interés, hicieron sugerencias, orientaron de seguridad,etc. Me sentí protegida y a gusto.

If you need the bare necessities this place is great. Nothing fancy, my friend and I shared a room with two twin sized beds ans while rhw space was small it was enough for us. Clean and comfortable. I will say the walls are thin and the street work is very loud but the location makes up for this. Very walkable.

The property was a bit like a rabbit warren with many halls and stairs. Nice to have 24 hour staff, easily walkable to Cruise ship port, old city and the Rambla.

Was exactly what I expected with the price. Private bathroom. A little noisy from neighbors, but no complaints really.

A good spot for an overnight coming off a cruise, close to the Gothic Quarter. A clean, basic room.

Property and staff were wonderful, there was lots of construction, and traffic near the port with a sailing event taking place.

I've stayed at this hostal in the past and I've always enjoyed my stay. The location is really good as it's only around the corner from la ramblas. My room was fine .
