The hotel was very nice. It would have given it 5 stars except the shower in my room had water damage and what looked like mold where the wall meets the floor in the shower. It ther than that everything was great!

Rooms were very warm. Pool temperstur eis absolutely freezing. Not enjoyable at all.

Room was clean however pool was inaccessible and no coffee in lobby , containers were empty , will not book there again with kids

Wonderful staff greeted us upon arrival and let our toddler choose a toy from the treasure chest. The room was well cleaned and spacious. One of the TV's wouldn't work unfortunately but it wasn't a huge deal. The pool was clean but very cold. Kids seemed to love the slide. The breakfast in the morning was a great variety and quite tasty. Omelettes, sausages, eggs, waffle station, cereals, bread, bagels, yogurt. Lots to choose from! We were pleased with our stay and would come back again.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. I did not give 5 stars due to the noise from a youth hockey team staying the same time we were. Lobby was hectic and noisy with kids and parents gathering on the main floor near the reception. We were woken in the wee hours of the night by a male yelling in the corridor. No fault of the hotel- some people just dont have common courtesy for others.

Very friendly and professional hospitality at check in. Room and facilities smelled clean. Room spacious. Lots of parking. Reasonably priced snacks at the hotel lobby.

Since our last time staying at Fairfield Dieppe, some things have changed. When we went to our room , my son found an old bag of bread on the self above where the coffee maker is. There was something splattered all over the wall by the long mirror and there was a lot of hair in the bathroom. We were also disappointed at the temperature of the pool this time, when we took the kids swimming. We will likely choose another hotel on our next visit.

This is our second time back and everything is great. The hotel is very clean and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and the breakfast has several options. My kids love the pool and water slide. We’ll be back again I’m sure!
