Excellent property excellent staff. My only reason it's not an excellent all the way is because I was hoping for a neighborhood that's more walkable and I didn't find that to be the case.

The hotel was clean and offered a very decent traditional breakfast. Friendly staff. The only downside was the elevator not working on the day of our check out and we were on the top floor.

Stayed here many times and will continue to when in Bogotá. Great staff, breakfast and close to everything. Walking distance to shopping centres.

My Husband booked it for me as we had stayed there once before. i loved the breakfast, the rooms and the staff were great. We will be staying here when my husband turns up in a couple of weeks with my family as well.

The people were friendly but could not communicate because they do not speak English and I do not speak Spanish. the floors in the bathroom, staircase, and other common areas are made of highly polished material and they are very slippery. The bathroom needs a bathmat so people do not skid. I fell three times in the shower while taking bath. There are no grab bars in the shower to help you break the fall. The toilet was not flushing right. As a vegetarian with diet restrictions (no egg, no cheese, no meat), I did not have many options for breakfast other than the fruits and hot chocolate. Wish they could have accommodate my needs and try to give me some arepas or tortillas for breakfast. Also when the food runs out before breakfast closing time, they do not refill items even if we request.

Perfect for a quiet place to stay. Friendly, helpful staff.

Buen lugar y ubicación. Falta un espacio para trabajar, tanto en la habitación como en las áreas comunes. Las cocinas son de adorno, no tienen utensilios. Las camas dobles incomodas, eso de unir dos sencillas, que se terminan separando no es agradable. Las toallas de la ducha, ridículas en tamaño tan pequeño. Cobran un montón por las amenities y el mismo jabón de mano duro los tres días.

Clean Rooms, Nice Staff, Good Breakfast, Walkable Safe Area. Oscar, Katherine and Mireya were excellent in assisting my wife and I during our 7 day stay.
