Everything one needed for a one night stay

A/c was poor, but did keep the room cool.

Would like a bigger breakfast choice. Have stayed there many times over last 30+ years

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL - I stayed here before a couple years ago and it went way down hill. Lots of folks that have longer term stays that clearly struggle with addiction. There were several drug deals and consumption outside of my room. My room was stuck in the middle between 2 folks that are struggling with addiction. I informed the front desk after my first night after being kept up all night and they didn’t do anything about it. I informed front desk after the second night (a different guy and security personnel) and he seemed to take my complaint more seriously. It is definitely not a safe place to stay. Outside of that, my room wasn’t cleaned my and towels were not refreshed. I had to ask for fresh towels several times in order to actually get some. I will not be staying here again.

We ended up leaving at 8pm without being refunded because the environment felt completely unsafe due to outdoor activity around the hotel. Totally disgusted.

I just wanted to let you know how totally disappointed I am about your hotel. We were booked in, got into the room around 3pm on July 2, there were a few people loitering around the outside door to our room. Didn't feel safe, as they looked to be non patrons(homeless) of your hotel. We went out again, around 4:30 pm, and there were more people sitting under our window on the sidewalk. We returned around 7:30pm to find, once again, approximately 6-9 people sitting on the sidewalk. We were very concerned about the safety of our persons, and our vehicle. So I went to the front desk and asked what the situation was with all the loitering. I expressed how unsafe we felt, the staff member said there was security overnight, starting at 7:30 pm , it was approximately 8pm at this time and the security was not there. So, I asked if I could be refunded my room rate, and we would leave. He said it couldn't be refunded, because I booked through Expedia. I contatct Expedia and they said they couldn't refund me either. I ate the loss of the room rate, and we left. Your situation at that hotel, will cause me to never stay again, and to make sure I let those that I know to never stay there. My son had a reservation for the following week, which he has already cancelled. Totally disgusted with your hotel.

Breakfast was not perfect. The surrounding area was not so clean

This place is disgusting it say breakfast included but really they gave you cold sandwich & 2 juice box. Room are disgusting blood stains in the bed sheet table is falling apart and also this is more likely a Crack house place. Someone knocking at our door waking us up asking for some cracks!!! Not safe at all called the security staff. Picture & website is very deceiving not very clean. Terrible and price what we paid for is not worth it.

There was loud late night party and barking dogs till 3:30 am. Have stayed there in past without any complaints. Will think twice about future stays

Hotels should get rid of the part that says breakfast included, there isn’t one. Pros - the beds were comfortable, the appliances were new, it was nice and quiet and the a/c worked. Cons - it shares a parking lot with some sketchy looking businesses, there are unpleasant odors in the hallways, and too much air deodorizer was used in our room. Overall, an economical, okay stay for one night.

The room was good for a one night stay. No thermostat to adjust the temp in the room. No open windows available and the shower had a loud squeal when using it. Otherwise nice place and close to many places to eat.

I liked the location as it was close to where our event was being held at. It was also close to some good restaurants.

Had to ask to get room cleaned n for towels. Noisy outside thru out the nights

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Smelly rooms, supplies were non-existent, and the AC didn’t work.

Room was filthy, noisy all night long, never staying there again!

This property needs to be better maintained, and it needs a lot of work to update it… The beds that I had in need to be replaced. They were barely adequate… I ended up sleeping on top of the pillows in order to find some sort of comfort… Would I stay here again in the future… No, not until there were some definite upgrades done here.

The hair dryer in the bathroom did not work. There was no conditioner for the hair. The parking lot has cigarette butts all over the lot.

The property was nothing like what was advertised. There was graffiti, dumpsters and garbage all around the building and it appeared that they rented units out long term to low income (flags in windows instead of curtains, etc.). The attached liquor store, bar, restaurant and pub (all also covered in graffiti) were the most prominent part of the hotel as you approached. One was left wondering if they rented some rooms by the hour .

Price was right.
