I appreciated the location…I could shop while my husband lounged by the pool! Early check in was so appreciated!!! All the staff we met were lovely.

Connects to largest mall in Latin America. Breakfast is buffet only, no choice off a menu, but excellent coffee shop (The Met) which is actually in the mall but part of the Marriott, has great breakfast and lunch menu. Bathrooms were large and clean and king size bed was very comfortable.

The room was cleaned on schedule daily, the staff wee friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. This location is great for shopping as it is located on the mall. I will return.

If you are traveling by yourself, the Marriott is one of the safest hotels to stay. I felt at ease, because the staff was friendly and the security is on point. Check in was easy and accommodating. The breakfast was also an excellent touch, a bit of everything.

Guess did not like the fact that there was absolutely nothing in room fridge not even as simple as bottle water

Rooms were cleaned frequently, breakfast was good every day and it was so convenient to have the mall so close. I would definitely go back there.

This hotel is attached to the largest mall in Central America. Amazing number of places to shop and eat (not much to walk to outside of the mall, but metro is close and Ubers are cheap.) Staff is really friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.

Convenient location, easy for day trips to the beach and the mall was great for shopping and grabbing essentials.

Great hotel with staff, clean rooms and attached shopping mall

I visited with my family and spent 5 nights. The staff were professional and helpful. The breakfast menu was diverse, and the meals were delicious. Our room was cleaned daily, and I slept comfortably. The mall nearby made shopping convenient. I'm definitely returning.

Honestly I wondered if this was a real Marriott? Staff were amazing but the hotel rooms very ‘tired’ not my usual 5 star experience with Marriott 😔
