The rooms were clean both bedding, kitchen and bathroom. However it is very basic and clearly a dormitory for students or similar, with a community room with to, pool and ping pong. There is also a kitchen in the room and a communal kitchen but no implements of any kind to use. Clearly those who occupy the rooms usually have their own. We were only there for 1 night and it did what we wanted, give us the opportunity to get a nights sleep in a clean environment.

The check-in person barely spoke a word, definitely not friendly and welcoming. The use of actual keys instead of key cards was terrible as the keys barely fit the locks.We weren’t sure if the room was actually locked once inside and had to put someone in the hall to make sure. And no security lock inside. I had brought some luggage out in the morning and when I went back in I couldn’t get the main door key to work, the front desk person was right there listening to his loud music and watching something and didn’t even notice me until I knocked on the window. There are also only 7 parking spots nearby, I asked when we went out to dinner if there would be a spot when I came back and was told ‘yes’ but there was no spot. I was told to park down a steep hill which is not convenient if you have trouble walking up inclines. I stay at a lot of RCC locations and this was the worst one.

Great place to stay for when you are there for a family emergency! We were able to cook and eat meals in common kitchen.

It is a decent place to stay for 1 night when travelling through town. Clean, and spacious. Especially good if you don't prefer to share bed with travelling companion because you get two double beds.

Excellent accommodation when you are just passing through. Very clean, and quiet. Exactly what you need when you need to recharge and get going in the morning. However, travellers need access to the washing and drying machines there was no indication that these were out of service. As this is a student residence I was in the laundry area and witnessed people using these machines. I put my detergent and clothes in proceeded to pay and nothing. Asked the young woman at the front desk what was on the go and she said they were out of order? If travellers aren’t suppose to have access then this should be explained up front. Otherwise great value and excellent stay.

Everything was great,except there were a lot of ants in the room and it was cold.

There was only one “issue”. They have not a really big parking lot in front of the entrance, so I had to park on a different parking lot down by the road. Generally, not a big problem, at least for me. Everything else was as described: clean and professional. Recommended!

This is a 95% French speaking college and apparently they don’t speak English very well. I had issues even phoning them about checking in and they said that no one would be on shift after 11 PM and I’d have to wait till the next person gets on shift in order to check in. I said that won’t work with me and cancel my reservation. They swore at me in French as I did take French for 11 years. I did not end up staying there because of a huge communication issue and disrespect. I cannot say that I would promote this place. Sorry. I want to refund. I did not stay there.

Bad bad metress. No TV. No Coffee..

Excellent nights stay. Very clean. If you need/want a tv, don’t stay here. That’s the only negative.

I woke up to a bunch of ants in the room. I didnt have food or anything but they were crawling on the desk when I woke up.

Very simple accommodation but served its purpose. Building quiet and secure. Bedding and towels fine and fridge and microwave good. I did note that the kitchenette did not include a kettle or coffee maker but did not see warning that it had no dishes or utensils. Problem solved by a visit to a nearby discount store but people should bring such items with them, along with dish detergent.

I would not call it a good experience at all. Even when I reached the property at 5 pm, I had to wait for 15-20 minutes because housekeeping was still working. Finally, when i went in room, the receptionist called me because they forget to took the payment from me. When I paid and try to get back to the room, the door was not opening because something in lock was broken. In short, my one and half hour was wasted due to all this when I had to check out early in morning at 7 am. My problem here is not the time that was disturbed but I expected some compensation for that. The manager clearly refused for any sort of compensation. So in short, I will never come back to this property again because I work in hotel front desk department too and any inconvenience to the guests should always be addressed.

Bring your own soap, shampoo. Parking is far if small parking lot is full. Otherwise, it was clean, comfortable and quiet and the price was excellent.

Clean and quiet room. Comfortable bed. Competitive price. Friendly, helpful staff. What more is there to like? I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Location is inaccessible to most things without a car. Safe, clean, university residence.
