Excellent hotel staff really friendly and couldn't do enough will certainly be back thank you again

The rooms were very dated, in need of some modernization. However the pool was good, and there is also an indoor pool and jacuzzi (and spa facilities for extra money). Lots for breakfast - I enjoyed the fresh doughnuts. Not enough savoury options though, and most is cold, but there is an egg area for omelette/fried eggs. I was in room 235 on 2nd floor, which is very loud on karaoke night. Positives though are that the location is very good, staff are helpful, and I loved my sea view balcony, and appreciated the upgrade to a 2 bedroom room.

Nice, central hotel. Close to the Medina and marina. The room was large and comfortable, though tired looking. The buffet breakfast was plentiful. Tables were not always clean, I guess it is out of season and there are fewer staff. Overall a good option.

The room was huge and our view of the point was stunning. The pools are lovely for lazing around and you can also swim at the beach. ( not great as it is shallow for a long way). The place is comfortable enough and quite good value given the price. On the other hand the rooms are tired (our fridge was rusty and very old) and the food is average. Ok for a couple of nights.

الاوتيل بصفه عامه ممتاز نظيف وجميل ولكن حاجه واحدة لم تعجبني وهي العنصريه في المطعم يفضلون الاجانب على العرب بكثير ويحجزون الطاولات للاجانب فقط اذا كنت عربي انصحك ان لا تاكل عندهم

This is the most terrible hotel I have ever had on my whole life. One exception is the reception staff "Rim" who was good. Other than that everything (food, service, staff attitude, etc...). This hotel cannot even be a one star hotel.

Wonderful

This is a very dated hotel. The swimming pool and the area around was excellent. We were given a suite on check in which seemed great. However, the room was very dated and the shower door didn't stop the water from leaking out so we had water all over the bathroom, in the foyer to the room and in danger of seeping out into the corridor. It's a real shame because the hotel is in a fabulous location. Just be prepared that it's days of being a 4**** hotel are long past.

The hotel seems ok, but is very badly maintained. Personal has no idea what service is. Airco is off in the whole hotel and in the rooms turned off till 14.00 and hardly works. Wifi almost NEVER works the whole hotel and rooms. Than the food...realy its just discgusting. Totally no taste and in the morning all bread products are old. The animation is Absolutaly bad. If u need peace and quiet at the pool you can just forget it. The old disco music is on all day and extreme loud. I came to this hotel the last 15 years and saw It go down to this level. Last time form me! NO 4 STAR BUT 2 STAR MAX!

Went during off season so the hotel was mostly empty. Beach was closed. Staff are very friendly.

This hotel is located in one of the best places in Monastir: the Marina. We were expecting a wonderful experience. It was all the opposite! We waited for 45 minutes at the check-in because the "Expedia Responsible" is not there (The first time we hear this). We were neglected, literally! (First big mistake) We decided to go for lunch and come back later for the check-in. event that way we were put on hold (Second big mistake). When finally they gave us the keys, they gave us the wrong ones! They called us on the phone to apologize and told us to come down to take the new keys and move our luggage. 4 stars hotel without a concierge? (Third big mistake). 4 times I go down for the keys because they do not work. Finally in the room, and ... the bed was stained. (Fourth big mistake). Long story short. I would never come back or recommend this hotel. Awful experience.

Enjoyed the whole experience. The location is perfect as the hotel is steps away from its private beach. Rooms are clean, staff are friendly and food is really good. Would definetly go back.

Hotel category is below expectation. Price does not reflect the hotel quality. Corridors are dirty. Lifts are dangerous as I witnessed a woman who got stuck for 30 minutes and who almost died because help took too much time. As for entertainment the hotel is dead and residents are bored to death. The only positive thing is the stuff who are very polite
