clean... friendly, helpfull staff

Great place. Excellent value for money. The staff was extremely kind and attentive. The pool was great and comfortable, a perfect place to spend some time after a day at the beach. The breakfast was tasty and there were a variety of options (fruit, tostado, cake, juice, coffee, eggs). The location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurants but still quiet and with a great view (my room had a view to a lot of trees). The I definitely recommend it

Gorgeous hidden gem of a hotel very close by the beach with great pricing! The rooms were spacious, have a great swimming and gaming area, and the breakfast was excellent. I only have two minor issues with my reservation. First, I did not get the room I paid for. I paid extra to get a bigger room with an extra bed and partial view of the beach, both which my room didn't have. Also, there was heavy raining all weekend long and there were some leaks in my room which caused the entrance/door to be full of a big water puddle for my entire stay. Other than that, everything else was great. The employees there were friendly, nice, and gave great customer service. Thank you!

The hotel is located on Rua Praia Grande - make sure your GPS sees the correct one before attempting to find. This is the one SOUTH of the Ubatuba shopping beachside strip. The hotel was nice and the breakfast was yummy. The staff is very kind.

I went to Ubatuba to relax before exploring Sao Paulo and Rio. I am happy I chose to stay Hotel Coquille. It is one-block from the beach and its nestled under a mountain. I found it to be very quiet and relaxing. While it is not near downtown, I was still able to get the bus to Sao Paulo very easily. The staff was attentive and helpful. They had good knowledge of the city and told me what local buses to take to get around. The pool area was another great place to relax. Overall, I am happy I chose Hotel Coquille.

Nothing bad to say about this place. Great location, 2 blocks from the beach at the end of a street with the rainforest for a backdrop. Amazing views from the pool area. Breakfast was normal Brazilian affair, with terrifically fresh fruit and plenty to pick from. They put out extra fruit for the local birds so you have something to watch during breakfast. A great place!

Quero deixar registrado o quanto foi excelente a minha estadia no Hotel Coquelli em Ubatuba. Desde a chegada, tudo foi impecável. O café da manhã é simplesmente top, com muita variedade e tudo muito bem preparado. A piscina é muito boa, sempre limpa e bem cuidada, perfeita para relaxar. A limpeza do hotel em geral chama atenção, tudo muito organizado e bem mantido. Além disso, a vista é maravilhosa, trazendo ainda mais tranquilidade para a experiência. Dá pra ver que existe um cuidado em cada detalhe. Com certeza é um lugar que recomendo e que pretendo voltar!

Hotel simplesmente perfeito!

Simplesmente encantada com a experiência! Desde a chegada, fomos recebidos com uma equipe extremamente prestativa, educada e sempre pronta para ajudar em tudo,dá pra sentir o cuidado em cada detalhe. O hotel é maravilhoso, com um contato incrível com a natureza, trazendo uma paz e uma sensação de descanso que fazem toda diferença. Tudo muito limpo, organizado e com um ambiente super arejado, o que deixa a estadia ainda mais confortável. O café da manhã é impecável, com muita variedade e tudo muito saboroso! E o melhor: sem burocracia, tudo leve, prático e com um atendimento acolhedor que faz a gente se sentir em casa. Sem dúvidas, um lugar que eu voltaria mil vezes e recomendo de olhos fechados! Quem estiver pensando em se hospedar, pode ir sem medo vale muito a pena!

Estava tudo satisfatório, como aprsentado na propaganda, a não ser pelo ar-condicionada , que poderia estar como sendo 18° ou 29° , por exemplo , mas a temperatura efetiva era a mesma no quarto !

Quarto para 4 pessoas e apenas 1 tomada disponivel funcionando, pia e ralos parcialmente entupidos, trava da porta faltando parafusos, frigobar com problemas e descongelou, acordei com o quarto todo molhado devido ao degelo, falta local para poder secar as roupas de banho, do restanfo foi muito bom, atendimento foi muito bom, principalmente no restaurante. Não sei como são os outros quartos, mas o Quadruplo Luxo eu não recomendo a ninguém.

CAFÉ DA MANHA PODERIA TER MAIS PAES SEM RECHEIO, REPOSIÇÃO DEMORA UM POUCO E A SAUNA NA SEGUNDA FUI FAZER MAIS ESTAVA DESLIGADA SEM AVISAR,RESTAURANTE SE FOSSE UM POUCO MAIS BARATO CONSUMIA MAIS E O QUARTO FAZIA UM BARULHO CHATO QUANDO A PESSOA DO QUARTO VIZINHO IA TOMAR BANHO, O RESTANTE EXCELENTE.

Atendimento muito bom, toalhas disponiveis para banho de praia e piscina, limpeza e uma boa piscina

O cafe da manhã fou fresco e a piscina é pequena porem eu não entrei
