Cable tv and ac are the only good things about the hotel and the location , it Needed extensive renovation

I booked a weekly stay but had to cancel the booking the next day (24h in advance). I wouldn’t mind paying a daily rate as penalty but the manager decided to charge me the whole week.

The hotel is fine as long as you only plan to use it as a place to sleep. HCP is an old hotel and unfortunately it shows in the outdated and rundown look of the place. The breakfast is plentiful and flavor-wise, I would rank it as edible. Again, it's fine if you are the kind of person that doesn't spend a lot of time in your room. I am that kind of person but, having said that, I would not choose to stay there again.

Of the pictures is very different of the rooms. Is very old roms. Location is bad staying at street that have a lot of Scorts.

Foi tudo bem, mais o que me deixou constrangido que durante o banho um funcionário tentou entrar no quarto alegando que para ele não tinha hospede.

imóvel e instalações e equipamentos do quarto precisando reparos...

Tive que trocar três vezes de quarto. Um estava com urina no vaso, outro as camas estavam desarrumadas e o terceiro a luz do lustre piscava sem parar. Me cortou o coração ver um hotel que outrora foi 4 estrelas chegar neste estágio. Realmente uma pena

Atendimento péssimo, ar condicionado não funciona.

Tirando a boa vontade dos funcionários, o resto é péssimo, não recomendo.

Estacionamento pago, mas muito distante, ao solicitar o carro foi muito demorado e notei que mexeram no carro, pois o marcador de km estava diferente, creio que rodaram com meu carro além do trajeto hotel/estacionamento... Banheiro sem ducha higiênica, um desconforto. Já me hospedei várias vezes neste hotel ,mas não retornarei mais, a qualidade está muito aquém do mínimo esperado.
