Staff was very show. The condition of the hotel is really bad. What we found was not working was: AC system, TV in our room

The hotel itself is beautiful. But the telephones in the rooms did not work the air condition was not working in some of the rooms. The Wi-Fi was horrible. I was traveling with my three children and my parents and my grandma and I called before to ask for our rooms to be closer and not too far to the elevator due to my grandmother‘s wheelchair. When we got there, they got a little confused and my grandma was put in a room that it was not wheelchair accessible.. that was very kind and helped us move eventually. But when we move to a different rooms, the phones and the heater was not working. The rooms should really have a fridge and a coffee maker it was inconvenient not to have either one. Also, some of the towels like they have been in these use for the past 10 years.

It’s a lovely hotel with a lovely restaurant. It’s about a 25 minute walk to the city center but we felt safe walking to and from the center even at night.

Hotal is clean but the rooms shower towels smelled so bad. We needed an iron and called front desk, they asked for us to pick it up because they were to busy. We asked for toilet paper because our restroom wasnt stocked and it took them almost 20 minutes to bring it.

Staff was not friendly at arrival. Room was basic but had no hot water running. The location was a bit far from the center and all things happening in the vicinity.

Our stay was average not sure how to describe how dark the rooms are. The beds are very hard not comfortable at all . The staff is very friendly which is the main reason I’m giving them 3 stars. Please do not stay here you won’t rest.
