This is a Ok hotel. Not unique.

If you want a hotel with character, e.g. period features, high ceiling etc and is very close to the train station yet far enough away from the city hubbub. Then this is your hotel!

Convenient location with usual high standards. Great food.

Room was gorgeous and location was centre of town perfect for getting about. The cost of the breakfast was expensive for what I ordered but it was very tasty

Nice hotel, very clean and tidy. Great location. Slightly annoying that all 4 USB ports in the room didn't work, meaning we couldn't charge phones, but staff were friendly and lent us a spare USB plug.

Room okay recently refreshed with improved air-Con. lighting is very poor in this room and badly planned. This room Geoffrey Morrell requires another table lamp, stand alone or desk lamp.

Hotel is well situated and close to many bars and restaurants along Colmore and in the Cathedral quarter. Easy to find and a short walk from New Street train station. Staff were welcoming and helpful and check in was quick and easy. The room was well set up and had plenty of space to relax in. We did have a couple of drinks in the comfortable and well stocked hotel bar - excellent service! Comfortable and well set up overall and a lovely stay even if it was only one night. Would recommend.

Second stay here absolutely love it, so clean, well maintained boutique style, excellently comfortable beds and pillows. Very central location got such a great deal. Will defo come back

Good room and good value on Sun night in April. Bit sad about lack of baked beans for breakfast, seems odd thing to run out of, but breakfast was still good. Staff on check in was very friendly, a natural, which is always nice.

It was good, the staff were helpful and the room was clean. But the location was very loud with all the noise outside

Did not have breakfast but bar and room excellent
