I found my room door open because the lock was faulty. I reported it to the manager and requested a replacement, but it was never addressed.

The hotel look like old The roo smell like a barroom the staff caming and fix but it is unconfortable I don’t want to comeback to that hotel

Breakfast is not good. Not natural juices, not good fruits, very little varieties.

The room was very comfortable, the bed was good, the fridge worked well, the TV system was good and the bathroom was nice and there was just a little smell at times. The breakfast is good, but could have a little more fruit. Too bad it took them a long time to clean the tables so that other people could use them.

Realmente esperé mucho más del lugar ya que me lo recomendaron… La habitación el primer día olía terrible, las toallas que tenía solo eran las que ven solo para secar mi cara y el techo tenía moho ..fui al lobby y la chica amablemente resolvió la situación… Igual queda la mala sensación espero que la pongan un mejor control es un sitio muy céntrico y debería ser mejor cuidado … Gracias

I had stayed at the Dazzler. It simoly was as good as it has always been.

The heating was boiling and when asked to change it, they said it was central and couldn't be changed. We had to turn it off and have no heating (mind you, during winter). We went for the spa and it was closed and the jacuzzi off. We couldn't use any of the spa facilities. Furthermore, I cannot believe that the included breakfast they served alligns with a FOUR STARS Hotel. It was cheap overall, and not tasty at all. The coffee specially was very cheap. We tried to access the rooftop outside in the morning at it was close, so yet another facility we were not able to use. Finally, they said parking was included - but oh wonder it was so for an adittional price. A four stars hotel with no parking included...

While the hotel's location is extremely convenient, in an area that invites you to walk around, and the adjacent restaurant is surprisingly good, I was a little disappointed in the bathroom's condition - it is clearly warned out, needing some maintenance, the bath gel dispenser in the shower was not refilled, and the shower water was lukewarm, at best. On the other hand, the hotel's gym is very well equipped, the staff is super friendly, and they allowed me a late check out. Internet connection is good. The breakfast offers some good options. In general, it was a positive experience. It was my third time staying at the hotel, and here's a tip: if possible, as for a corner room, they are the best ones.

The pool was under construction, so I was not able to use it as how they sold it on the picture. When I was having breakfast since they close at 11:00am without a warning they turned off the lights at 10:59am while they were still picking up food and they started laughing. So they were cleaning with the lights off and picking up the food with the lights off. One other client was struggling to look at her laptop. Aside of that, the location is in a great area. Staffing needs better training!

As every ither visit, Dazzler offered exactly what I need. Despite plenty of new options, it will be hard to move me away from there. And as a regular traveler to Montevideo, they will have my business as far as they keep the standards right. Is good to feel remembered and employees calling you by name. Thank guys. Great job again

I travel from Seattle Washington and I stayed for 10 days. I stayed in a room with one unit being remolding at times was noisy. Breakfast was a little shocking because the breakfast selection was everyday potatoes with onions and scrambled eggs was the main dish. Then coffee and other stuff nothing crazy about. Orange juice is not natural, artificial and extremely sweet.

The properties in a good location rooms are old but they're clean, the hotel has been renovated there are two restaurants at the hotel and many others in the area, grocery shoppings are also available and walking around the neighborhood is great.
