The air conditioner over cooled down for almost 1 hour. There was no spray in the room. There were no toiletries such as soap, broken shower and damaged TV. Can not watch.

I cannot charge my phone in the room. Meaning the pluck for charging it too high. I don't think that it normal my advise is need to change the pluck position. thanks
