We chose this hotel to stay at for Xmas for the facilites. This hotel is not 4 stars, would rate it at 2.5. Most facilities listed either did not work or were closed. No sauna, no spa, no heated pool, no cafe, no deli bar, fitness centre had a couple of machines only. Hamam worked but no lights so could not use. We had one thin blanket and turned on the aircon which belched out an acrid smell and we ended up with sore throats. We asked for this to be fixed and it was the next day. However, there was no heating in the hotel and light bulbs not replaced so many areas at night were dark. I did not leave the room by myself for that reason. The breakfast was okay and the one saving grace was that the lady who cleaned our room did an excellent job. The air conditioning units from the next room are attached to wall outside balcony. We got very little sleep because they were extremely noisey. We choose this hotel because of what was on offer, but most of what is offered, is actually not. This is the worst hotel we have stayed in and we have stayed in a large number in Turkey.

The condition of the hotel could be improved but the rooms were great.Though the car parking is free on the street, the charge 2 euros a day to give a lock box key in your room, which is a rip off.

Die Fotos haben nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun. Hotels.com sollte die empfohlenen Hotels besser kontrollieren. Das Frühstück war eine Zumutung. Butter war künstliche Margarine von aller schlechter Qualität. Wenn das Personal nicht so nett gewesen wäre, wäre ich nicht geblieben. Die Umkleidekanine ist oben auf, sodass die Gäste vom Balkon aus die Menschen nackt beobachten können. Das ist echt ein No-Go. Einzig positif ist die Lage des Hotels. Das ist Maximum ein 2 Sterne-Hotel mehr nicht. Wir mussten das Frühstück am zweiten Tag draußen essen! Sehr altes Hotel mit guter Lage beschreibt es am besten!

Aileler için çok iyi. Konumu süper. Oda biraz daha büyük olabilirdi.

Zentrale Lage, Strand bzw. Meer wurde nicht empfohlen.Nächste Möglichkeit ca. 20 min per Dolmuş entfernt. Eher für Singles, Business geeignet.

Palm Hotel Kuşadası'nda kalmak için güzel bir yer. Hotels.com sayesinde en iyi fiyatı aldık. Annemiz için seçtiğimiz bu otelde hizmet ve temizlik gayet iyi. Yüzme havuzu büyük olmasa da tatminkar. Sabah kahvaltı dahil fiyat dışında akşamları ücreti dahilinde açık büfe yemek bulabiliyorsunuz. Dışarıda yemek yemek istemiyorsanız makul sayılabilecek bir ücret karşılığı alabilirsiniz. Bunun dışında beklentilerimizi karşıladı.

The hotel looks better on the pictures but think twice to book it! It is old, not that clean and the breakfast was really, really bad! We changed our booking, from a 3 bed room to a double bed room with sea view but it was not worth it! We could see the see from one ange from the balcony, not worth it at all! The idea was to stay there 2 nights but we changed the booking and took another hotel instead.
