Friendly staff. Clean - Swimming facilities in sister hotel seems expensive @ 50 euros per person per day. - Key operated and not key cards. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Easy access to Sorrento Landmarks. Good and helpful staff. Room amenities were very good. Some items in the room were faulty. The staff were very good and quick in mending or replacing them.

Location is wonderful, staff, when there, were friendly and helpful. However, the room was dirty, and you have to call the front desk (when they are there) to change the room temperature, which made for one warm night and two cold nights since nobody was there after hours to change the temperature.

The property was updated and properly maintained! It had a very clean and contemporary decor! The suites were comfortable for 4 adults with separate sleeping quarters. The location was also great! I would book again!

This hotel was clean and easy to access (with a taxi). The staff was very helpful and polite. It was well stocked if you wanted to eat or cook in. There were plenty of extra bla keys and pillows. This was a pleasant stay and we would recommend.

This is a perfect little place if you want to be able to make your own breakfast and get on with the day. It is only 10 minutes walk from the main piazza. What I didn't like is that fact that both my mum and I had make up stolen. The cost of the item is not an issue but it is the inconvenience. We were told that we must of thrown the items in the bin. Both of us didn't have our make up near a bin...my mum's was in her make up bag in the bedroom and mine was outside of the bathroom on a shelf. The hotel said that there was no way a staff member would steal. I said that if I wanted to make accusations I would have said money or jewellery was stolen not 2 items inexpensive items of make up. The rest of the trip we just kept our valuables locked in our suitcase.

This property was very spacious and close to many cafes and restaurants and a quick walk to Marina Grande. The staff was helpful and spoke English. We did have an ant problem, which once we informed the staff, they came and took care of it. We were told the trash would be taken out daily, but can't say that was the case for us. However, it was a very affordable option and served its purpose for us.

Excellent central yet quiet and safe location to all major Sorrento tourist spots. We love the location and very convenient! The small convenient store and ATM just next door. Rent-a car or vaspa or bike just around the corner. Awesome restaurants just few steps away and lemon orchards, Marina port, Piazza Tasso all within mins of walking distant, which is faster than driving and finding parking around the area. The property is very clean, modern, spacious with kitchen and nice balcony with sea view and street view. The staffs are fantastic, helpful and cheerful.
