The night time desk lady was very friendly and helpful because our flight was delayed and we arrived late. The morning desk lady was not friendly at all and when I advised her about the condition of the room - did not send a note to maintenance (or if she did, we never heard from anyone from the hotel). Because it was so late, we were too exhausted to ask for another room - Our complaint was that the bathroom was in poor condition especially the bathtub. The finish on the tub was badly worn and there was black mold on the worn areas. The drain plug was laying outside of the drain and covered in black mold along with the inside of the drain. The mold was very obvious and I was surprised that no one has addressed the issue. We reported it at the desk. Now, let's talk about the bed! The matress was completely sagging into the middle of the bed. Just another reason why I will not stay at this hotel again. I will say that overall, the room was clean and the air conditioner and TV worked great. We arrived late and left first thing in the morning - (without taking a shower)

Room stinks. Bad odor. AC doesn't work. Elevator is "temporarily" out and they placed it on the highest floor knowing this. And best part is: room isn't cheap. It was 200 USD a night!

Shower was not working in one room move to the other that was not very good also overall was good.

It’s genuinely pet-friendly, and the rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient for exploring the area. Highly recommend to anyone traveling with their pets!

For starters the pool was actually pretty nice. For a facility that is so small, they have a sizable indoor climate controlled pool which was immaculately clean and well maintained. Cleaning staff on property really knows what they are doing. The room itself was quite small but was very clean and well maintained. Washroom and tubs were clean and sparkling as were the rooms and the facilities. I liked that they had the microwave and refrigerator in the room, this was fantastic. Good facility run by competent and friendly staff.

The room smelled funky causing my sinuses to be clogged all night. There was no ventalation other than a poorly working AC. The bed was rock hard with plastic sheets. The restaurant is a gross joke. i was the only one there for bfast. The bacon was weird, eggs overdone, the service was horrible but she made sure the tip option was in my face when i had to go behind her cou ter to pay for my meal. I had to walk up to the kitchen after she sat me down to give me a menu. I feltlike I interuoted them. People were allowed to bbq in the parking lot with an oversized family... which would of been ok but they were drunk and hateful to people. I will never use Best Western again for a hotel. At least this location anyways.

I did not dine or attend any workshop.

Clean room and facilities It had a pool but slightly small and broken shower knob. Wouldve been nice with a breakfast included but its value was good enough for the area
