I requested to change to another room and it was resolved, but I don't like the way of working without information between branches. Furthermore, the elevator to the 5th floor has a broken light, so they have to inform the guest when checking in so they know, the guest has to walk from the 4th to the 5th floor with a narrow staircase and a bulky suitcase.
